((Library, USS Veritas))
::German was looking for some historical non fiction regarding President Bacco back in 2393 about her address to the new Imperial Senate. He wanted to see if there was anything else interesting that the GNS article didn’t mention. He was more than curious about the situation.::
::When he walked in the library, he saw T’Katt and Sissel talking with each other. German was still upset with Sissel over the damned device she gave him during the start of the mission. He wanted to stay clear of her. Walking in the opposite direction, he tried to look for the historical section.::
Lyn: ::noticing Germans entrance:: Hey! Looking for anything specific?
Galven: ::murmurs:: I’ll look for whatever it is by myself.
:: T’Katt turned around to see who Sissel had cut him off to greet. As he watched the ensign and gave friendly nod in his direction, he noticed the man's demeanor suggested he was not in a talking mood.::
:: Sissel smiled at T’Katt and held up her hand to indicate that she only be a moment. She then headed towards German.::
Lyn: It’s no trouble, I finally got this place categorized and organized!
::German tried to ignore Sissel by the best of his ability. She was getting in the way again.::
Galven: ::sighs and murmurs:: That’s a relief.
Dugoras: It was nothing.
Lyn: So what are you looking for?
Galven: ::walks over and stands over her looking down:: I’m looking for you to get out of my way.
:: Sissel looked up at German and scowled, she wasn’t sure what his problem was but there was no reason to snap at her like that in her opinion.::
Lyn: What's your problem, I’m just trying to help! :: She replied in a sharp tone.::
Galven: ::raises voice:: The last time you helped it did me no good!
Lyn: What are you talking about?
Galven: You know what I'm talking about.
:: T’Katt wasn’t exactly sure what was going on but it was obvious that German was in a poor mood. He attempted to calm the two of them with a calming suggestion.::
::The Denobulan wasn't having it or any of her. She wasn't what he expected and the last time he saw her in the science lab nearly cost his teams’ distrust in him.::
Dugoras: Hey, calm down you two, we can work out whatever the problem is here.
Lyn: Stay out of it, he obviously has something to say! :: She snapped at the counselor with little regard.::
:: Sissel was beginning to become angry with German, what was his problem? She had done nothing but show friendliness to him since they met.::
:: T’Katt was shocked at Sissel’s tone and words but before he had a chance to comment on it German added to the issue.::
Galven: ::to T’Katt:: Don't you have somewhere to go? Like the Officer’s Lounge? Sure, smelled like it on the Bridge.
::German knew that was a low blow, but he was almost fully enraged with his face nearly blown up as a balloon.::
:: The ensign had a valid point, T’Katt should not have drank the way he did before his last shift, but it was not the young officers place to point it out. The ensigns anger was clear as day but it did not excuse his attitude.::
Dugoras: Excuse me Ensign? I suggest the two of you take a second to think about what’s going on here.
::As he stood there, German looked over at Sissel and furrowed his eyebrows. He huffed and crossed his arms. Then took a moment to make his point clear to her.::
Galven: ::slightly raises his hand:: Where exactly did you find that box, Sissel?
Sissel: Personal packages are stored in the lockers over there until claimed, I saw your name in it.
Galven: ::puts his hands on his hips:: And you couldn't wait to give it to me till after my meeting?
:: Sissel thought back a moment, no one had stopped her from entering the meeting room, and no one had warned her of their meeting either.::
Sissel: I am new to this way of doing things, if I made a mistake you can come talk to me instead of being an a$$.
::German sighed and looked at her. She was young so that did sound like a reasonable excuse. He turned to T’Katt and looked pretty apologetic, but still was a little miffed.::
Galven: ::straightens posture:: Sorry Lieutenant, I think it's about time for a session…
:: T’Katt remained quiet as they talked against his better judgement. Sissel and German seemed to simmer down on their own and soon the ensign was even apologising for his behavior. T’Katt knew he was not performing well himself but he was certain he could still help people with such issues.::
Galven: ::grimaces:: You saw me on the Bridge. That mission didn't do too kindly for me. I::beat::need your help, T’Katt.
Dugoras: I understand how the stress of a mission can affect you, I have been a mess for some time now. Ensign I apologise for my condition while on my last shift, I am not perfect. ::beat:: I think a session would be a good idea, how about we head back to my office?
Galven: ::nods with his head down:: Good idea, sir.
Lyn: oO Wow, that mission must have been really hard on him. Oo
:: Sissel took a moment to think about the stress German was under and how she should start to adhere to the ships rules now that she was fully set up and stationed aboard. She had spent this whole time bouncing around the place with little care for the policies and she hadn’t even met the captain of the ship yet, which was supposed to be her first task.::
Lyn: I’m sorry too. I have been running around like a child in a candy store since I got here, I promise to follow the rules from now on. :: attempting a smile.:: Once I read the rule book.
:: Once they had said their peace, T’Katt and German exited the library and headed for the counselors office.::
