Ada: I have a strict "no chasers" policy, even if he's chasing Ocampans for some reason. ::Beat:: Anyway, you don't drink much anymore either?

The hybrid glanced away, taking a moment before responding. The reason that Is’Kah had reduced zhen drinking was a long story, but it really came down to one event.

Is'Kah: No, I don’t. I, um, promised Ghee’looth to stop being drunk every night.

Ada: Oh, I see. Maybe a topic for another time. But yeah, I used to drink a lot more too. ::She tapped her forehead:: With age comes wisdom, or something.

The hybrid gave Azura an earnest look.

Is'Kah: Oppa is so wise.

Is'Kah bowed, as Azura cocked her head to the side in confusion, but shrugged it off.

oO More eomma than oppa, but ok. Oo

Is'Kah: Shall we dance?

Ada: Lead the way.

Is'Kah's face lit up and grabbed Azura's hand to drag her out to the dancefloor, which was down a few steps and inside. As they entered the dance floor, Is'Kah immediately found the beat and started dancing and swaying her hips. Azura giggled and observed the room - all manner of lights, colors, bodies, species, all writhing and bobbing to the beat. It was overwhelming and compelling in equal turn, and Azura soon found herself undulating in time with the music. Her dancing was idiosyncratic--more bouncy than fluid--but she was beaming immediately. She felt good, and the combination of the over-poured shot and the mint oil drink had her already feeling good. 

Her small friend appeared and disappeared in turn, moving through the crowd and dancing with several different people, seemingly trying to find who has the right vibe for zhen. Azura, for her part, was enjoying the music and getting lost in it. 

The music was pumping, and the DJ was spinning classics. Azura, taken by the music and dancing away, stumbled into an Orion. They wordlessly exchanged apologies, but Azura decided to stay and dance with them a bit longer, each others hands tracing the other's hips as they moved.

But when the song ended, they went their separate ways. Azura went to the bar, thirsty and hoping to find Is'Kah. Or maybe the better strategy was to let Is'Kah find her -- she stuck out more.

Ada: I'll have a Caitian mint oil highball, please.

TAs she received her drink from the bartender, she heard a familiar voice at her side.

Is'Kah: This was such an amazing idea, thank you.

Azura took a long pull on her drink, and adjusted her outfit as she replied. 

Ada: Aw, than you for joining me. It looks like you're having a lot of fun out there. Me too, though ::she tugged at a strap over her shoulder:: I'm trying to, uh, maintain containment on this top. I think my emitter strap is tugging at the rest of the top.

She motioned to her Sheng emitter.

Is'Kah: ?

She wiggled her fingers menacingly at Is'Kah.

Ada: Keeps me from going craaaazy. ::She laughed:: Finding any good dance partners out there?

Is'Kah: ?

Ada: I noticed the fluidity of your dancing. I haven't really figured out how to do that, i just kind of move to the music in the ways my body wants to. If you feel like taking on a student..?

Is'Kah: ?
