To: Ensign Reine’X
From: Lt. Commander T’Ama
Ensign, please report to the First Officer’s Office on Deck 1 as soon as possible.
(( First Officer’s Office, Deck 1, USS Valkyrie-A ))
T’Ama had her boots up on the corner of her desk. She was wearing her field jacket again - she did get cold in this ship set for non-Vulcan norms, but also it was the most badass looking jacket she could wear while in uniform.
She was twirling a drumstick with practiced ease in her right hand, and reading the PADD in her left when her appointment showed up.
T’Ama: Enter.
An enormously tall Orion woman with dark green skin and a shock of white hair - and a wicked looking black face tattoo walked through the door. This was the counselor?
Reine’X: response
T’Ama hadn’t been smiling much recently. She hadn’t felt much like it, and while people would just assume it was because she was Vulcan, she forced herself to smile anyway. She’d gone through all the trouble of not summoning the woman down by announcing it to anyone in earshot, after all. She wasn’t in trouble.
She took her boots off her desk, letting her chair tip forward until she was sitting at the desk normally.
T’Ama: Ensign Reine’X! Please have a seat. I’m Lieutenant Commander T’Ama. Welcome to the Valkyrie.
Reine’X: response
T’Ama: You’re not in trouble, I don’t think. I called you up here because there seems to have been some mix up with your paperwork, and you were assigned as a medical officer - but you have no medical training, is that correct?
Reine’X: response
T’Ama: A Klingon trained counselor?
T’Ama had run into one of those before. She reminded herself it would be illogical to assume both individuals were the same.
