Lieutenant Commander Ada,

My name is Dr. M'Lyssa, and I'm a researcher at Daystrom working on quantum-agnostic forms of communication. After listening to a talk by Dr. Sheng about your unique case, I realized I might be able to apply my work to your situation. Because the communication system I'm working on is meant to be agnostic to quantum signatures, it is, in theory able to travel longer distances than typical subspace messages because of reduced entropy.

I am aware you are a science officer, but to put it plainly: the notion of "distance" in this case also applies to distance between quantum realities. If another reality has a properly tuned receiver, then they should be able to receive our massages. Because of Dr. Sheng, we know the exact quantum signature of your reality, and we know that it is effectively identical to ours. We also reasonably know that they have your counterpart from this reality, and know your counterpart's quantum signature. We can also assume that your counterpart is experiencing similar circumstances to you, and likely also saw Dr. Sheng in your home universe. 

It then, stands to reason that that reality's version of me would come to the same realization.

Let me get to the point: Our assumptions were correct. We've made contact with your home quantum reality. It's rudimentary, and we can only send strings of characters at a rate of about 2 characters a second. But I have been able to correspond with my counterpart from your reality. We debated it and agreed that you, and your counterpart, deserve to know.

If you would like to contact or receive messages from your home universe, please let me know. I can transmit them to my counterpart, and she will pass them on. 

I realize this likely comes as a shock, so please take your time considering it.
