(( T’Ama’s Quarters, Deck 2, USS Valkyrie-A, in orbit of Aelkuun ))
Azura pressed the chime tood outside the entrance to T'Ama's quarters, curious and intrigued at the FO's invitation.
T’Ama: Welcome. Come in.
Ada: Thank you. It is agreeable to see you.
She was sincere, but smirked slightly at her own coy use of a warm Vulcan greeting.
T’Ama: This way.
She followed the woman along, admiring the room. Despite all its grandeur, the FO's quarters on the Conny were no where near as dramatic. T'Ama was lucky. It was a stunning view.Ada: ...wow.
T’Ama: It’s definitely a far cry from sharing interior quarters on deck 18 of the Conny.
Ada: I'd say so! Your space is beautiful.
If not understated, but she'd expected that more or less. But they continued through her quarters and into a second room. As soon as it opened up, Azura's mouth was agape. A piano, guitars, drums, a banjo, and more.T’Ama: I decided to turn this one into a music studio, since, you know, what else am I gonna do with the extra rooms.
Ada: How have we not bonded over this?!
T’Ama: What do you play?
Ada: Well, uh. ::She pointed at each as she spoke:: Piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar... voice. Do you play... all these?
T'Ama: ?
Ada: It was before your time, but at one point I put together an ensemble on the Conny with some other officers. But it's been years since I've had a chance to play with others. The holodeck is ok but it's just not the same.
T'Ama: ?
Ada: What types of music have you been into playing lately?
T'Ama: ?
