Lieutenant Is’Kah Xiron - Shall We Play A Game?

((Near Deep Space 14, Little Alpha, Gamma Quadrant))
The civilian cargo ship approached DS14, with a petite Trill/Vulcan sitting in one of the largest state rooms. The hybrid hadn’t wanted the room, but zhen partner’s family had insisted the moment zha had stepped on board. Such was the risk when you joined a merchant’s family.
Is’Kah glanced out the window, taking in the view of the Federation ships at Deep Space 14. The smooth lines of the Thor would have made zhen a little jealous a few months ago, but Starfleet had transferred zhen to an Achilles class, along with most of the crew. The amount of explosions zha could bring finally matched Thor’s, perhaps even more.
The Valkyrie was a flying tank, one so powerful that it required two matter/anti-matter reactors to power everything. It also never hurts to have a backup warp core on hand, in case you eject one to blow up something.
Noting that the ship was starting docking procedures, Is’Kah began to dress to meet zhen friend. The Trican hoped that Divya would agree to zhen request, as it wasn’t something zha wanted to discuss over subspace.

Is’Kah: Thank you for the ride, Captain ch’Xiron.
ch’Xiron: Of course, we are family after all, Is’Kah zh’Xiron.
The use of zhen gender in the name sent a thrill through Is’Kah’s stomach, drawing a wide smile from the petite woman.
Is’Kah: When do you depart for the Alpha Quadrant?
ch’Xiron: We are running some cargo in Little Alpha, should take us about a month to get back to DS14.
Is’Kah: Great, I’ll see you then.
After giving the Andorian captain a hug, Is’Kah went deeper into the station. Heading over to one of the terminals. After logging in with zhen credentials, the hybrid looked up the location of zhen friend. What zha saw caused zhen to raise an eyebrow.
Is’Kah: Fascinating.
Logging off, Is’Kah headed to the location of zhen friend.

Entering the bar, Is’Kah glanced around, noting the dark wood paneling, the curved counter, and the shadow boxes that held bottles of liquid. The presentation with the soft amber light highlighted the colors of the drinks.
Proprietor: Welcome, if you’ll follow me, you’re expected.
The hybrid looked behind zhen, but there was no one there.
Is’Kah: I’m expected?
Proprietor: Yes, you. Come, come.
The hybrid hurried to follow him after he disappeared behind a panel on the back wall.

The room they were led to amazed Is’Kah. It was a lot like the outside of the bar, but added model ships, weapons, jewelry, and other items that Is’Kah wasn’t familiar with. In the center of the room was an octagon, wrapped in wood and cloth. It would be perfect for a card game. Zha spun when zha heard a woman’s voice.
Tam: Is'Kah, what are you doing here?
After a moment or two, Is’Kah found Tam and greeted her with a smile. The hybrid had the left side of zhen's head shaved, showing zhen's Trill spots and zhen's pointed ear, which held several earrings, including a bar two-thirds up zhen's ear. Zhen reddish brown hair came down on the right side into a sharp point.
Zha wore a black blouse with lace sleeves and a collar on the upper chest. Zhen black skirt came to zhen knees, while zha wore black boots with small silver spikes along the sides. On zhen left shoulder had a tattoo of a phoenix leaving the mouth of a Borg.
Is'Kah: I’m not exactly sure why I am in this room besides trying to find you.

When Divya started to slide down the ladder, Is’Kah knew that zha was about to be treated like a rag doll. The prediction came true seconds later when Tam picked up the petite hybrid. There wasn’t much Trican could do, as zha stood only 145 centimeters (4’9) and weighed 40 kilograms (88 lbs) soaking wet.
Tam: It’s so good to see you. How did the rest of you end up here?
From Tam’s arms, Is’Kah glanced back and waved at the two somewhat surprised zha who hadn't noticed them before. Bad security officer.

Wiggling free of Tam’s grip, Is’Kah gave both people a slight bow in greetings.
Is’Kah: I am Lieutenant Is’Kah Xiron, USS Valkyrie’s Chief of Tactical and Security. I primarily use zha/zhen pronouns, but she/her is also acceptable.
