((Corridor outside the Transporter Room, Deck 06, USS Ronin))

A low and slow exhale of frustration exited Michele's lips as the Romulan spoke. They needed information from this guy, information that was crucial to the Ronin's mission and safety. Michele knew that if Jack were here he would throw the guy in the brig and let medical do their thing. Michele on the other hand was not Jack, she never played nice and almost always ended up in the brig herself.

oO See how well this guy's mental state stays intact from inside an airlock. Oo

Winters: ::turning back to Singh:: Your call Major but I still say we put the Tholian in a transport buffer. Worse case, the buffer loses power and the problem is off our hands.

tr’Kharis: If you destroy it, you learn nothing. If you suspend it, you risk losing it. If you question it through conventional means, it will endure. ::shallow breath:: Allow me to speak with it. Under guard. Under restraint...whatever. You lose nothing by trying.

Singh:  Enough.  Senior Chief, Captain, I want that Tholian beamed to a holding cell and under heavy guard.  The ex-Administrator here...::She let her voice hang on the 'ex' for an extra moment::...was right about one small thing Captain.  We can't risk losing a potential source of intelligence about what the Alliance is doing to a power failure and we've already had several of those today.   We need to give Captain Kel some options...for example, perhaps the Lattice Alliance would be interested in recovering their soldier.  Perhaps they'd be even more interested in an ex-Administrator who hasn't offered us much beyond vague promises and green bloodstains on our deck.

Singh seemed to pause as if to let everyone process the why of the decision and Michele totally understood the why. She just simply did not agree with it but that was not for the here and now. She would not challenge the Major's decision. There were more important things to deal with.

Singh:  Ultimately it's the Captain's decision.  If you would prefer to remain aboard this vessel then I strongly suggest you start providing information yourself.  Specifically what you people were doing here and how we can stop the damage you've done.  If you can't help with that then I cannot imagine the Captain will have much use for you.

Winters: Understood Major.

Solana/tr’Kharis: Response

One of the medtechs stepped forward and gestured towards their padd. Michele stayed close but turned to see the transporter room and the Security team holding over the Tholian who was still in lockdown mode.

Maro:  Major...we've stabilized him but he's in pretty rough shape...we need to get him to sickbay or a little blood loss will be the least of his worries.  I've also let engineering know they'll need to decontaminate the transporter room...this guy brought a lot of radiation aboard with him.  You should get checked out Senior Chief, with your suit breached you were probably exposed as well.

Ishani nodded and the man moved to the head of the grav sled and began heading down the corridor towards a turbolift.

Singh:  You heard the man.  Senior Chief, accompany our guest to Sickbay and don't take your eyes off him until he's sedated or dead then get yourself checked over.  Captain Winters, you're on prisoner transport...get them into a holding cell and setup a guard rotation.  I want redundant force fields and the environmental controls on a dead mans switch...if someone doesn't push a button every thirty seconds it's going to get real cold in the security center real fast.  Make sure the Tholian understands that.  Clear?

Winters: On it.

Winters nodded slightly and turned fully to the transporter room and stepped away from the group to help move the Tholian before she turned back as the Romulan spoke up again.

Solana/tr’Kharis:  Response

Singh strode after the grav sled and locked eyes or, in his case, eye with the man.

Singh:  It is not my custom to threaten an injured prisoner so instead I will make you a promise.  Help us undo the mess you have created and you will be protected.  Fail to do so and I promise to spend the rest of my life making you regret the rest of yours.  The choice is yours.

Winters: ::smirking:: I'll make sure the cell has two bunks just in case.

Solana/tr’Kharis:  Response

Ishani patted down her flight gear but Michele was not entirely sure why. She looked to Singh, Solana and then back to the Romulan before returning her glance to the Major.

Singh:  I'm going to report what has transpired to the Captain...if he chooses to speak with you do not waste his time.  Until then...cause no trouble.

Michele pursed her lips together. She felt like her mother had just told her to sit down and behave. The feeling almost felt like it should have ruffled her feathers to a point but she was still new to the ship and crew. They did not know her very well yet and she guessed she needed to behave a little.

Winters: ::with a beaten tone:: Understood Major

Solana/tr’Kharis:  Response

Ishani offered Captain Winters and the Senior Chief a curt nod before turning on her heel and heading in the opposite direction. Michele looked to Solana and nodded as she also turned to the transporter room and moved to help transport the Tholian to the brig. Over her shoulder Michele threw the Senior Chief a quick warning.

Winters: Watch your back with that Romulan Senior Chief.

Solana/tr’Kharis:  Response

Stepping into the heavily battle-ridden transporter room, Michele grinned as she moved to the Auxiliary control system and began to power up the sequence needed to transport the Tholian to the brig. The transporter had taken a beating and Michele decided it was not worth the risk of losing their valuable information so she linked into one of the Romin's other transporter units. Locked onto the Tholian and then looked up.

Winters: I know you can hear me inside that suit of yours. ::beat:: You are being transported to our brig. Play nice and you stay warm. Try anything stupid at all and you'll experience a cold that you never knew existed.

Her lips stayed straight and crisp. No smirk, no grin, just a seriously straight face. Her hands slid across the control panel activating the transporter and in the whirling, dancing blue shimmers of the transporter beam, the threat slowly dematerialized until nothing remained in front of the teams. She confirmed the Tholians transport was completed and she then motioned to the Security team to follow her. As she stepped out of the transporter room she tapped her combadge.

Winters: =/\= Winters to Senior Chief Solana. The Tholian is in the brig. I am headed there to personally babysit this thing. =/\=

Solana/tr’Kharis:  = /\= Response =/\=
