((Corridor Outside Sickbay, Deck 10 - USS Ronin, Orbiting Gas Giant A, Ross 580 System))

((OOC: Discussed briefly with Krystal, and they'd like Rurat'dari to interact with Aduko. I'm going to start this scene outside sickbay, and don't mean to derail that scene - just hoping to join briefly and have Aduko ask some questions. Krystal, feel free to pull Aduko aside if you want! I imagine tr'Kharis will eventually swing down this way on his grav-sled ride to sickbay?))

O’Connor: You like accidents so much, you’re about to have another one. What the h3!! are you hiding?

Joakim Aduko did not expect a Federation starship to be this...chaotic. An Orion had grabbed someone he vaguely recognized by the collar, and had to be restrained and hypo-injected into submission.

The Bajoran target of the officer's fist, an entry-level chroniton research technician, looked as if they had been through the wringer...like many of the injured Lid and Ronin personnel here for medical care. Aduko shook his head, expression somber and introspective.

oO This technology...it causes chaos, it changes people... Oo

He was starting to feel bad for the Ronin and her personnel, for the chaos their runaway reactor was causing, but Aduko was drawn from his thoughts by a familiar voice, piped through his security escort's combadge.

tr’Kharis: ::clipped, cool tone, almost matter-of-fact:: =/\= This is Administrator tr’Kharis to this vessel's security! You are about to have a Tholian intruder onboard at my present location. Reinforcements would be… prudent. =/\=

Aduko: Shodar?! Is he aboard?

That was unmistakably the voice of Soldu tr'Kharis. Aduko started to step away, back the direction he came from, but the Starfleet officer at his side held out an arm to block him. The human shook her head from side to side, and moved a hand slightly towards the phaser at her hip as a warning.

Aduko: Fine. ::He considered turning on the charm to persuade her otherwise, but instead closed his eyes and fidgeted with the hazard suit helmet in his hands, spinning it around its axis.::

Security Crewman: I told you, we're going to sickbay. Once things...calm down in there.

The Orion was starting to feel powerless to help. Here, aboard this Federation cruiser, he could do nothing for their joint effort to contain this disaster.

oO Or maybe I can...but not from sickbay! Oo

More commotion erupted in sickbay. One of those voices sounded familiar, and Aduko took a few steps towards the doors to look through their transparent panels. Peeking inside, he saw a familiar Jem'Hadar, but the doors wouldn't open, likely due to the security lockdown.

Aduko: I know her! ::He waved, hoping to get Rurat'dari's attention.:: I didn't realize she was still alive...

The security escort walked up to the doors and entered some type of override. The doors hissed open, and the Romulan-style EV suit-clad Orion moved forward.

Avae/Rurat'dari/De La Croix: Response

Aduko: Excuse me. ::A beat, while the officers in sickbay carried on their conversation.:: Excuse me! I am Joakim Aduko, second in command of the facility your people are so bravely trying to evacuate and contain. I do not wish to be held here, I do not need medical treatment. Let me help, or send me back!

Avae/Rurat'dari/De La Croix/O'Connor: Response (O'Connor response optional, since he's been knocked out)
