Alira sat at the table picking at her food, while she looked out the windows at the subspace. It was still so magnificent, and memories of her connection with Narhelion added to that sense of beauty causing an ache in her heart. She had expected to return to Starfleet Intelligence upon completion of their mission, but in an unforeseen turn of events, the entire crew was in this magnificent place. A part of her almost wished she could stay here, but she knew that wouldn’t be feasible. She’d just be running away from her problems, and that wasn’t the kind of daughter her father had raised her to be. Well…her mother, at any rate. Her father was rarely around.

It didn’t help that part of her still felt judged by the crew. She was Starfleet Intelligence, and they knew it. Yes, T’Fearne had called her friend at the end, but she wasn’t sure whether that was an actual offer of friendship, or just something said in the moment to help encourage her and bolster her in a tense moment. It didn’t really matter, because some part of her had registered the Vulcan’s shifting opinion of her. Now, if only she knew how Lieutenant Kessler felt. She was going to be stuck working with him until they got out of here, and it would be helpful to know if he’d finally seen beyond her job. Either way, she still felt a bit isolated and alone, even amongst this crew.

She knew she needed to see Counselor Shortrith. She had so many emotions following their encounter with the Lattice Alliance, and her link with Narhelion, that she was having trouble sorting through them all. Even basotile wasn’t helping much. She was just about to give up on her meal and dispose of it in the reclamator when someone approached her table. She looked up at the person and smiled in greeting.

Venn: Welcome, please have a seat.

Anyone: Response

She watched as the individual sat down, and then spoke again.

Venn: So, how can I help you?

Anyone: Response

((OOC: I left only a few tags because I don’t have a specific direction in mind. Anyone is welcome to join her.))
