The Cardassian operations officer stood near the lone shuttlecraft on the deck, the USS Anna Pavlova, reviewing the notes on her padd as she waited for the Doctor and Science officer to arrive. When the door to the shuttlebay opened, she glanced up and nodded a greeting, motioning for them both to follow her through the shuttle's open door.
Esot: Salutations. I will brief the two of you on the situation once we are ready to launch. ::looking at them both:: Are either of you rated for flying a shuttle?
Shortrith/Zh'taan: Response
The door cycled closed behind them as she approached the front of the shuttle.
Esot: I have some experience myself, but very limited - if either of you would care to volunteer, please have at it.

As the trio settled into the primary chairs at the front of the shuttle, Jino's fingers danced over the padd and one of the monitors came to life.
Esot: We have discovered there is a Sencha-based reactor on the planet's surface that has been leaking for quite some time, and this been the source of most of the problems we have encountered on our arrival in the system. I was able to effect a certain level of repairs while in the Habitat dome, but resources were limited and I was unable to reach the other dome.
Shortrith/Zh'taan: Response
Esot: We have an Engineering team made up of Commander Tucker and Lieutenants Kessler and Evinrude who should be able to perform repairs, though they are also dealing with the Tholian threat on the surface. We will need to provide whatever support for them that we can in order to allow them to complete the repairs. There is a remote aspect to it as well, but I should be able to handle that once they are finished.

She smiled slightly.
Esot: I believe sensors have also picked up an incoming vessel.
