Slinging the bag over her shoulder and picking up her PADD, it was time to go. As she walked out the door she didn't even bother to look back at the room. There wasn't a whole lot of affection for Risa in her mind at this moment. The corridor was mostly empty. And as if on queue, Talos emerged from his own room.
Dakora: Are you all packed up, Lieutenant Sherlock?
Her eyebrows wrinkled together slightly as she noticed what appeared to be glitter on the shoulder of the Ensign's uniform. She reached up and brushed it off as best she could.
Sherlock: Ready as ever. You?
He patted the bag hung over his shoulder by one of it's straps.
Dakora: You know, if there are two of us going together, they'll let us beam out in place, rather than having to go to the public transporter down the block... ::He paused and eyed her curiously:: Care to take a little shortcut with me?
A slight misappropriation of resources, but who was she to argue with logic.
Sherlock: It'd be my pleasure, Ensign. ::gesturing towards his communicator:: The honor's all yours.
With a grin, tapped his comm-badge and took a step closer to Aine.
Dakora: =/\= Ensign Dakora to Columbia; Two to beam out at my position.=/\=
Sherlock: See you on the other side.
The blue glow of the transporter soon overtook her vision, replaced by the greys and blues common to most Starfleet interiors. A far cry from the almost boisterous colors of Risa. She wasn't expecting the drabness to be as calming as it was. The familiar setting. Their homes away from home.
She took a deep breath and stepped off the transporter pad.
Sherlock: oOOnce more unto the breach...Oo
