((Orion Mining Rig, Temurian Outpost))

Someone had docked - without invitation.

Khorra had no idea who these people were, or how they had gotten through the Asteroid field and passed their forces - but she knew they weren't here for a friendly visit. Maybe some part of her even hoped so.

Her hand had clasped around the handle of the blade in her belt - of course she also carried a phaser, but the knife had served her well over the years and would always be her preferred choice of weapon. It felt much more personal.

The air was heated, the structure around them groaning - a bunch of frizzled and tired Temurians were shoved out of their way as she and a few of her men progressed towards the airlocks with hurried, weighted steps. They were still the same old run-down, shabby crew: The new position hadn't changed anything about their pirate-like appearance. All annoyance of the past days was forgotten: facing a shared opponent turned them into one again. A united front, made from Nausicaans, humans and Orions. A united front, ready to step in the way of anyone and everyone approaching.

She heard the trusted hiss of ancient mechanics in their docking collar. The ship looked Klingon, but she knew well enough that this didn't have to mean anything - and when they turned the corner, she was proved right.

The massive, imposing silhouette of a Gorn stepped out of the small shuttle, causing the Nausicaan to stop in her steps. She did not freeze in fear - but she took a small, measured step backwards, signalling her crew to stop. She bared her teeth at the new arrivals.

S’zurak: ::smiling broadly, sure to show all his teeth:: Hello there. I wasss told this would improve firssst impressions.

Khorra: You have no business here.

McLaren/Munshi: ?

It took her all her strength to stay diplomatic. She knew it was foolish to start a fight without cause - they didn't know how many people were in this shuttle or what their intentions were.

S’zurak: Hm. It usually worksss better on people who are not armed.

Khorra: Whatever it is you're looking for, you won't find it on here.

McLaren/Munshi: ?

S’zurak: I take it visitorsss are uncommon out here.

Khorra let out a growl.

Khorra: Visitors do NOT just come and go like this. You are trespassing.

McLaren/Munshi: ?

There seemed to be more people on the ship - but speaking from their reservations and the size of the shuttle, the Gorn must be their best bet.

Khorra: This is private property. I advise you to step back into your shuttle and leave.

It wasn't a plea - it was a last warning.

S’zurak/McLaren/Munshi: ?
