Now it was Renot’s turn to examine an ancient treasure. In doing so he lifted what appeared to be a small controller that was resting on top of a larger plastic box. Curiously Renot flipped the controller around 360 degrees, examining cords and electrical parts. He emitted a keen sound of interest. Haukea herself gazed in interest at the items in question, wondering exactly what their intended purpose was.

Renot: Oh! There’s a label on it! PS5? I wonder what that means… It sounds and looks ancient.

Willow: What if PS5 stands for something?

Renot: Oh, it probably does, yeah. But what does it stand for is the question…

Haukea thought for a moment, considering what both sounded cohesive, and as if it conveyed the use of the item. Yet, she, having to think on her feet, floundered, not coming up with anything useful.

Willow: People Stay 5? ::Shaking her head:: No. Please Simply 5? No. I guess I’m not so good at naming things. ::She let out a soft laugh::

Renot: Oh winds, neither am I! Promenade Soup 5? That just makes no sense…

Haukea merely shook her head gently, hiding a slight smile and blush, Renot’s guess making her silently laugh.

Willow: What do you think it could mean?

Renot: I'm not too sure. Let me look it up.

Haukea had distinctly forgotten that they had the ability to look up information on Starfleet provided datapads. But now that Renot was satisfying their curiosity, Haukea was thankful for the invention and longevity of the technology. Renot, having obtained the information, provided a satisfying soft humm and furrowed brow.

Renot: Play Station 5 apparently. That's what it says right here.

The name, sadly, provided little in the way of an idea towards the objects intended use.

Willow: Perhaps? Any guess as to what it does?

Renot: It says it's a gaming console. Supposedly you pop in little… thingies to it and with the controller you play games.

Willow: What sort of…Thingies?

Not knowing what the small objects were..it was certainly hard to describe them. Renot frowned, looking around the small table to the component parts. Finally, after a few seconds, he picked up a small brightly colored plastic case. Haukea herself leaned forward over Renot’s shoulder as they observed the new items.

Renot: Thingies… It showed a round little shiny thing. I forgot what it said.

Willow: Whatever they are called, they seem important to the running of the Playstation Five.

Opening the case a game disc shot out like bread being ejected from a toaster; it was apparently not seated in the casing correctly. Holding it up Renot let out a slight squeak, catching the disc nimbly, holding it by a finger slotted through the middle hole.

Renot: The thingie. I don't think it'll work without a proper screen or power though. I kinda want to get it myself.

Willow: I think you should get it. Maybe we could find the proper screen and power.

Still curious, Renot flipped the case over, reading the front, which Haukea assumed to be the title of the game.

Renot: Uh… Goat Simulator 3? What's a Goat? Maybe not this thingie…

Willow: I’ve heard it said that a goat was a slang term for ‘Greatest Of All Time.’ Not sure how you could simulate that.

Renot: Response

Willow: May I?

Haukea reached a polite hand out for the case, wanting to take a look at the art she could see splashed across the plastic. Looking at it she noticed a four legged creature that appeared to be about knee high, white fluffy fur covering its body, ears sticking up and floppy, a pink tongue showing.

Renot: Response

Willow: Wait. Take a look at this. The casing shows an image of what I think is a goat. Some kind of animal.

Renot: Response
