((San Francisco District – StarBase 118 Ops))
T'liss: Are you ready?
Zel: No. But rain hasn’t killed me yet, so let’s go.
T'liss nodded turniong to head out. The rain didnt make going easy. but there were few people on the streets, which enabled to the move quicker than otherwise.
T’Liss: Where should we begin?
Zel: Unless someone is doing amateur mechanics in their basement I think we’d be looking for a shop. There’s some new ones on the registry down this way.
She nodded.
T’Liss: I agree that is a logical deduction. :: She paused. :: Perhaps we should inform the other team.
Zel: Oh yeah! I need to send the co-ordinates to Dr. Wethern…
T'liss watched as Zel compied the data they had and forwarded it to Dr. Wethern as well. With both teams having the information it would make their search much faster.
Zel: And done. May the Prophets guide us or some-such drivel.
T'liss nodded.
T’Liss: That business is new...
She pointed across the street from the bakkery. The bakery she knew served acceptable pastries.
Zel: “Worene’s Wardrobe” ::he read the sign:: We fit everyone from a Edosian to a Nausicaan… ::Turning towards T’Liss:: Getting any readings from this one?
T'liss raised her tricorder, and scanned the clothing store. The device blatted at her. She shook her head slightly.
T’Liss: Nothing abnormal.
Zel: Going building by building is gonna take a while. Maybe if we reference the directory and narrow it down to likely candidates by the shop description?
T'liss looked toward one of the stations directory kiosks and nodded.
T’Liss: We can probably eliminate any clothing stores... I think it unlikely they would have need to such a power core.
Zel: Response?
T'liss stepped up to the directory and becan to skim through the names of the all the stores and places of business in the sector.
T'liss: Perhaps Galaxy Invaders? They are close... and could require such sources of power.
Zel: Response?
She scanned some of the other names ont he list.
T'liss: If I were to hypothesize... :: she pointed to a few names on the list :: These are close to us and all could potentially require such power cores. :: She gestured to a few others, including a gallery. :: These are further away... closer to the other team... and all could require it as well.
Zel: Response?
T'liss: Unless you believe Commander McLaren would also need such a device, I believe we can eliminate her establishment and those like it...
