((Capitol City High Council Chambers – Capricalia))
She was disappointed because it would have been too easy if the Narendra had been in range. However, nothing ever seemed to be easy, that was the game of life.
Marsh: Nothing can ever be simple. Options?
Fairhug: Sub-Commander Femorr. We could ask him to alert the High Councillor’s wife and then to come here and wait with the High Councillor until she arrives, while we go and look for Lajith.
She pondered in thought for a moment, it would be nice if she could help. However, this could create another dangerous issue.
Marsh: If he is a target, his wife may be as well. With respect, I don't think that's the best solution Commander.
Fairhug: I’m not sure what other options we have at the moment. If you can think of anything, I’m all ears.
She nodded in understanding.
Marsh: With that being sad, I think that you were going in the right direction with that. However, perhaps we can modify your idea slightly.
Fairhug: ?
Madison thought for a moment that this adjustment she was about to recommend might work a bit more effectively. Fairhug was right though, the truly did not have a lot of other options that were viable.
Marsh: Take your idea, but instead of sending the High Councilor's wife, Sub-Commander Femorr could send someone that he trusts with enough experience to keep him safe.
Fairhug: ?
She crossed her arms casually listening to Fairhug's response while gauging how he might feel.
Marsh: Given our situation, I think that is how we should play this one.
Fairhug: ?
