Haliian Chief medical officer Talia Ohnari was officially banned from her own Sickbay. For the next few hours. And if she tried to violate it again she was certain that Agatha woman would just shove her out an airlock and wish her the best. That woman was truly terrifying, but she had never commanded an entire starbase before, and considering how lost she was trying to find a hobby shop that was rumored to have some custom robotics? She would stop referring to the woman so negatively. However, the supposed directions were less than ideal, turning, she looked up at the sign that was supposed to indicate which part of the commercial district she was in, when suddenly, she was nearly face planting onto the deckplating. 

Luckily, a well timed arm reaching out on a doorway, stopped her fall. 

 

Charles: Damn it!

Turning suddenly.

 

Ohnari: Hey, are you ok? 

 

In front of her was Charles Matthews, newly arrived tactical officer. Last time she had seen him, it had to been shove his shoulder back into socket. 

 

Charles: Doc--- Doctor Ohnari?

 

Ohnari: Talia, please. Lieutenant Matthews! 

She noticed the man rubbing his shoulder. 

 

Charles: Are you alright?

 

Ohnari: I'm fine, how about you? That shoulder the one in the collision? 

 

Charles: ::weak laugh:: We really need to watch where we’re going. Is that the second time now?

 

Ohnari: ::snorting:: You would think I wouldn't use the same move twice, ::winking playfully:: I'm trying to find Roberto's Robotic Curios, I think I am turned around. See any places with weird looking whirly-gigs on your way to crashing into me?

Charles: Response 

Ohnari: Drat. I think that Agatha woman lied to me to get me out of her office...::whipping out a tricorder from an ever present thigh holster:: To make amends for my carelessness, let me just check out that shoulder. I am sure that couldn't have been pleasant. ::the device made a dedicated scan sound before a musical tune:: This is my..uh..off duty one...

It was bedazzled. And pink. And it sang a happy tune when all readings were within normal range. 

Charles: Response 

Ohnari: ::mock offense:: Well excuse me for having some whimsy now and again. Do you know you're like the third person this week to give me judge face over my chosen aesthetics? One is even going to be working with me!! Although she was adorable in trying to backtrack it. Oh! You may know her, she was previously stationed on the Astraeus! Doctor Alix Harford, did you know her well?

Suddenly, Talia felt a wave of apprehension, had she somehow put her foot in her mouth? Wouldn't be the first time...or the sixtieth..
