((Alora DeVeau’s Quarter’s, USS Khitomer))

DeVeau: I’m just down here.

Ezra gave a silent nod as they arrived at DeVeau’s door. Foxy Lady got excited knowing she was about to visit her new friends in their quarters.

The door parted as they entered the room. Ezra could see the rows of plants along the shelves. They were secured in miniature environmental control units. He couldn’t remember the last time he saw so many plants in one place, well besides the arboretum. He recalled the last time he was in Ras’s quarters, but that was almost a year ago. The place wasn’t in the best condition after Ras had lost his hand in the first of three nebula missions in the past year. But he did remember Ras had a number of them throughout their room and he knew how much Ras liked his plants. After a year, the number of plants in their room surely would have grown and the place.

Zerva: Oh wow! Those are a lot of plants.

DeVeau: Let’s see…I’m sure I can find one…

Shyla had hopped onto the couch. She patted the cushion next to her with both hands, gesturing to Foxy Lady.

Shyla: Pup pup pup!

Smiling, Ezra took Foxy Lady off her leash. She turned her attention to Shyla and hopped up onto the couch, settling down next to Shyla while she kept one eye on her human. She was happy to receive more pets.

oO I bet Ras would be proud as to how many of those plants you have. Oo

DeVeau: I need to know what your favourite colour is.

Zerva: Black. ::beat:: And sometimes Mustard Yellow. Why do you ask?

DeVeau: Response

Zerva: For me? Really? What’s it called and where is it from?

DeVeau: Response

Zerva: Thank you, I appreciate it. I’ll make sure to put this in a safe place in my room where Foxy can’t get to it ::laughs:: I’ll need the full instructions on how to care for it.

Ezra was excited to have his first plant in his room. He was pretty sure Ras would make sure it was well cared for.

DeVeau: Response

Zerva: I appreciate that. I haven’t decorated my room much since we first got onboard the Khitomer. It’s mostly just Foxy’s toys, food bowls, and pads all over the place ::smirks:: But I did manage to decorate two of my walls with my Kempo belt rack and weapons display. So there's that? ::glancing over his shoulder at the couch:: I noticed Shlya and Foxy are getting along pretty well. Do you have any pets?
