One problem was solved. They had control of one of the drones without the Cardassians being the wiser. That just left one roughly eighty kilo problem in front of them...
zh’Tisav: The last new guy I called Diaperbutt, until he tried smoking my cigarettes then he was Pukey McGhee. You should consider yourself lucky.

Tahna: So what’ve we got, Cable?
Vylaa held up her handheld.
zh’Tisav: We’re in. The drone will continue on like normal unless I give it a command, but we can watch through its eyes anytime. I also threw in a little extra. If it gets close enough to another drone it’ll copy everything over, and propagate until we have them all.
Tahna: So we've blinded them, and they don't even know it? :: She nodded.:: Nice work.
Sevo: Nice. Assuming they don’t regularly monitor through them.
zh’Tisav: There’s only so much I can do on short notice...
Doran: Response
Lark turned to the lone human of the group. Although that was being redundant, they were all the “lone” of their species in this group.
Tahna: So what exactly do you bring to the table, kasvak? Besides baiting drones and complaining. Like to know who we're walking in there with.
Sevo: Everyone’s useful. Until they aren’t.

Lark lifted her phaser so fast Vylaa almost didn’t spot the change, although she certainly saw the beam that speared the human and made him slump.
Tahna: He’s already threatened us, no way I’m walking into a Cardie prison with him.
You wouldn’t hear Vylaa complaining. She’d already come to the conclusion that theyed have to carry his rather heavy looking butt through this mission.
Sevo: Right, what’s the next step? I don’t see any Cardie patrols out there aside from the drones.
Tahna: They’re probably avoiding the cold. See any good entrances?
zh’Tisav: Entrances, yes, Good? That’s open to interpretation...
Sevo: There’s a small ravine running along the edge there. ::She pointed ahead. :: We can sneak up to that relatively easy. That’ll get us close to check for any more defenses.
Tahna: Sounds good to me.
Sevo: They probably have cameras on the building, too. You think you can hack ‘em, Cable?
zh’Tisav: Depends. If they’re hard wired, and the wires run directly inside, it’ll be tougher. But I’m betting on wireless. They’re easier to install and change coverage. Besides, that seems to be Spoon M.O.
Tahna: Anything on the drones yet?
The zhen checked her handheld. She was now able to switch between two separate feeds.
zh’Tisav: Up to two bots, but nothing but scrub-brush on the feeds, not even a Dassie.. They don’t seem to be monitoring the wall through the drones either. Probably means they do have cameras on the walls...

Tahna: Right, let’s sneak up close through the ravine and infect the cameras. We’ll take out any other exterior defenses, like you suggested, then make our way inside.
zh’Tisav: It seems to swing closer on the other side of the rockpile. This way.

They slipped past the boulders and into the narrow ravine. It was deep enough the tall Andorian only had to stoop slightly as they went along. The bottom was a mixture of small, icy river rocks and pebbles, evidence of storm water presence during warmer periods.
zh’Tisav: Careful of these rocks. They’re icy enough to break an ankle.
Sevo / Tahna: Response
It was slow going, and even slower when they neared the wall. Vylaa took a second to peek over the ravine lip.
zh’Tisav: Okay, stop here. I think this is close enough.
Sevo / Tahna: Response
zh’Tisav: This’ll take longer, so I need you to look sharp, and stay absolutely out of sight. I need to get in the system, record a full loop of each camera, and then drop it into the system memory at the right moment. If it works, they’ll never realize they’re watching the same thing over and over.
