::T'Mar and Adyr were hard at work trying to find proof of their theories when Morgan spoke up, interrupting their thoughts.::

Morgan: Captain, I have something coming in now, in somewhat realtime. It's a visual recording and will be fuzzy, but I think we may be able to transmit a message back.

Frost: Put it up.

::T'Mar knew that voice and that face, even with the distortions. It was Oliver. She had met the man for the first time when she and Liam first launched the Gemini. It seemed like a lifetime ago, which for a Vulcan was a very long time...::

Weston: Frontier outpost hailing the USS Gemini. Gemini this is a priority one distress call from the Federation outpost on Garridon Five. Our outpost is directly in the path of a super storm of unknown origin and uncategorized strength. Hell I don't know if you got my first message or not, but Liam I've got nearly three hundred people here who need evacuated. We're in the middle of a smaller storm now and outpost comms are fried. We can sit out this one, but the next one is going to wipe this place off the map. :: Oliver started an on screen timer that would be transmitted and updated in realtime. It started just shy of eight hours. :: This is how long we have before the big one hits. And at the one hour mark we might have a break between the storms. Maybe. But that window is closing fast.

::T'Mar took in everything that Weston was saying. With him at the outpost, and it being so secretive she was positive that the most likely solution was that it was intel-based. But she was also fascinated by the storms being described. She wondered if such storms were normal for the planet or if something else was causing it.::

Weston: We have one further problem. You know, just to make it sporting.

:: The image was unexpected. The Vulcan/Betazoid blinked a few times as she tried to figure out what it was.::

Weston: Garridons up until now unknown inhabitants. We think these storms woke them up.

Bartholomew: Nasty brutes. We've lost a worker.

Weston: I hope this reaches you in time. I'm sending all of the information we have on the outpost and the storms in this data packet. If you can reply we'll have an open window for the next twenty minutes. See you soon, Cap.

Frost: How long ago was that message sent?

Morgan: [Tag]

Frost: Begin recording.

Morgan: [Tag]

Frost: Frontier station, this is USS Gemini. Just hold tight as long as you can. We're inbound at best speed.

:: T'Mar could almost feel the frustration that Liam felt. It was hard when you were en route and knowing that someone needed your help. She finished compiling the information on the planet and moved on to going through crew files to select an away team, something she was used to doing.::

Wallace: =/\= Wallace to bridge. =/\=

Frost: =/\= Go ahead. =/\=

Wallace: =/\= I wanted to inform you that the 103rd is ready if we are needed. =/\=

:: T'Mar looked up, hearing the marine's voice. She turned to Liam, who nodded at her. She would be an idiot not to make use of the marines.::

T'Mar: =/\= Thank you, Wallace. Please have the 103rd standby. =/\=

Moore: Commander T'Mar?

::T'Mar turned at the sound of her name. It was just like she remembered before she took her leave.. being interrupted and multitasking to the extreme. It was then she realized just how much she missed being onboard.::

T'Mar: Yes, Ensign?

Moore: I was told you might have some use for a tactical officer.

T'Mar: Indeed. How experienced are you in rescue missions?

:: The ensign turned for a moment, speaking to Shayne. It was odd, but T'Mar waited. ::

Moore: I've logged my fair share, Commander. I've made a few drops with Marine cells. I also had another reason. ::flashing a brief smile:: I need my security clearances.

T'Mar: Certainly. ::Tapping a few commands, hoping her own security codes had been properly restored as well. Thankfully they were and she was able to do the same for Moore.:: I have given you your clearances, ensign.

Blair: Sorry, I’ve been away, what’s the plan?

::So much had happened in so little time that Blair had managed to leave and return without many people noticing.::

Frost: You and T'Mar are taking a team to the surface to co-ordinate the rescue effort.

T'Mar: Indeed.

Blair: ::looking towards T’Mar:: So Commander, who’ve you selected for our team?

T'Mar: I have selected Fleet Captain Nicholotti, Ensign Moore, Ensign Larson , Ensign Inde, Ensign Mayne, along with myself and you.

Blair: That sounds like a good team. What’s the plan of attack? Shuttlecraft? Beaming down?

Frost: From what we can tell, beaming down through that would be a bad idea. Even if we could beam you down in one piece, there's no guarantee we could get you back that way. At least if we use a shuttle, it'll give you a measure of protection.

::T'Mar nodded her agreement. If they beamed down, they risked being stuck down on the planet.::

T'Mar: I agree with the Captain. The shuttle would be wise, presuming we do not crash land..

::Alex moved on, despite T'Mar's reference to their poor shuttle skills on missions.::

Blair: Do we have any more information on the planet?

Es-Aleh: Just forwarded everything we have to your console.
