Stendhal: ::Smiling:: Good morning, Gentlemen. I should have guessed I’d find you both here. You’re the only people in the district looking at these stalls like they’re a potential breach in the Neutral Zone.


Williams: We are not here for work. Just browsing for something to add to the collection.
 

ch'Clex: Speak for yourself, Commander. I am here on a highly specific mission.
 

Williams: But it does raise the question, why are you here?
 

Williams: You’re not after some medical supplies off the record, are you?

 
Ch’Clex: If someone were looking for them discreetly, Commander, this would likely be the place. Though I am not sure it would be appropriate, or wise.

Stendhal: ::Karen took a slow, deliberate sip of her drink, eyes twinkling over the rim of the glass.:: Oh, absolutely. I’ve heard the most effective and highly illegal substances are tucked right between the antique tapestries and the hand carved flutes. I was thinking of starting a private collection. You know.. . for those particularly difficult counseling sessions where a listening ear just isn't enough.


Williams: It was a joke, Counselor…

Karen nodded in acknowledgment, her smile widening.

ch'Clex: Understood.

ch'Clex: That one is on me. For a moment, I thought you were being unusually candid.

 
ch'Clex glanced toward her, then back to Williams.

Stendhal: ::Still smiling:: No worries liutenant, next drink is on you!
 
Williams: Response?

ch'Clex: Commander you collect weapons, right? Do you have any Andorian pieces in that collection?

Stendhal: While you two are debating the tactical merits of Andorian weaponery, keep an eye out for a halberd for me, the bigger and more space-aged the better. My office decor is severely lacking in 'intimidating ancient weaponry, and I’ve always felt a giant polearm would really help my patients open up.

Williams/ch'Clex: Response?

Stendhal: ::Deadpan, looking toward the stalls ahead:: And a sonic cannon, if you see one, please. It's the only way to get a kettle to boil in under a nanosecond.
