PNPC Cadet Shedet - Running into a new friend?

Shedet was running fast and thank the gods she was wearing one of her
good bras. Having been caught off guard by what turned out to be an
attack was embarrassing. Not only was she not near her post, she wasn't
even doing a job that was her department. Because of said panic, the
Orion did not see the person around the corner that she had just
narrowly dodged.

Felbri: I'm sorry, for almost running into you, ::noticing her pips:: cadet.

The green skinned girl blinked a few times bringing her back out of her
thoughts and stared at what she was sure was an Elaysian.

Shedet: oh...uh...no. My bad. I'm the one running. You going somewhere?

Felbri: I was ordered to report to atmospheric monitoring. What about you?

Shedet: I'm outside of my post. Was doing some engineering stuff. You
know what's going on?

Felbri: Chances are everything is fine ::pause:: for the moment. But we
could get attacked again.

So, that confirmed it one hundred percent that it was an attack. In the
way it was a relief, it wasn't a true unknown. If they knew what it was,
that meant mama bear would take care of it. Either by talking or by fire.

Shedet: It's not my first time being shot at. Always gets the heart racing.

Felbri: response

Shedet: ::smiling:: These cadet pips may full you but I have thirteen
years of experience in Starfleet...and other things.

Felbri: response

Shedet: Oh, it's rather a long story. The short of it is Officer, to
enlisted, and then back to trying to be an officer again.

Felbri: response

Shedet: I'll follow you to the Atmospheric monitoring. They like us to
be in pairs anyway.

Felbri: response

The Orion cadet gestured towards the direction the dark haired man had
been going.

Shedet: How about you? How long you been in Starfleet?
