((Flores & T’Ama’s Quarters, Deck 19 - USS Constitution-B))

T’Ama was dozing in the tiny little room that held her bed off the main living area of her shared quarters. It was nearly pitch black, and she was trying to rest when she was awoken by a chirp from her badge.

Stapledon: =/\= Kim to T'Ama =/\=

She reached over to the small bedside table and searched blindly for the combadge.

T'Ama: =/\= T’Ama here. =/\=

Stapledon: =/\= Are you at all interested in the race they have planned tomorrow? =/\=

She took a moment to consider that question. The race was something the pilots had orchestrated, and she was vaguely aware it was something Operations was helping with. That she was now in charge of.

T’Ama: =/\= I was considering going down to spectate it. =/\=

She knew the Saloon would have a stream of it because Operations was supplying the follow drones to film it, but she kind of wanted to experience the desert again. It had been a long time since she was on Vulcan, and she didn’t really want to go back to Vulcan.

Stapledon: =/\= response =/\=

T’Ama: =/\= Oh. I’m on medical leave for my eye and I don’t think I’m up for racing. =/\=

Stapledon: =/\= response =/\=

T’Ama: =/\= Sorry. Thanks for inviting me, though. I’m not much fun right now. =/\=

She really wasn’t. She was grumpy and tired and dealing with a lot.

Stapledon: =/\= response =/\=
