Mingxing was quite busy on engineering with keeping up with science requirements, managing damage control teams and making sure the hull temperature returned to normal parameters and EPS is not overused. They'll need a good overhaul, specially regarding the hangar bay that was destroyed. He hadn't checked it visually, but the damage seemed extense.
Suddenly the comm system brought the voice of the captain through.
Rajel: =/\= Rajel to So'Mior and Shimisi. I've had a great chat with our Kameryan friends over ther and they sent us their data of the Nebula. I figure it would help us in case there is anything else out there we need to adjust for. =/\=

Rajel: =/\= Minxing, they are also sending some repair teams for imminent damages caused by the attack. Bigger things like the main shuttle bay will be done at Tucker Station once we are done here. =/\=
That was unexpected and he wasn't sure he want them near any critical area. They've caused all that damage and despite their good will, the Constitution has a lot of personnel to take care of themselves. However, it was the Commodore's decision and he has to respect that..

Rajel: =/\= So'Mior, in exchange for their help, I promised to send down some Scientists and Medical to help with their research. It appears that the Kameryans have found flora on the planet that has medical applications they need on their homeworld. Can you prepare some scientists and botanist to send them down with medical officers to help their research? I'll inform medical to provide people as well. =/\=

With the communication off, he got a list of tasks that the Kameryans could help with. One of them will be removing debris from the hangar bay, it was the most damaged area and the one in more need of work and that will give engineering crew more liberty to work on more critical systems and performing diagnostics while they're still within the nebula.
( Days after – near Tucker station )
Shimisi has been busy the last days, Kameryans proved to be hard workers and reliable but he managed to keep them from accessing main energy systems. He's told they have limited knowledge of some of the newer systems Starfleet has and for security reasons he just talked with them about basic repairs to avoid technological leaking or contamination.
As the ship was nearing Tucker station, he'd contacted their Chief of Operations to let them know their status, what they'll need for repairs and inventory replacements. In exchange, he was given instructions that they'll have some other improvements done on their ship. It was sketchy, not long in details as he's told they'll be informed when they get to the station. He requested an interview with the said officer as he wanted to be up to date with anything they'll do to the ship.
He moved to the front of the warp core and took a deep breath.
Shimisi: Everyone, please, give me your attention. :: the people around stopped their work and looked at him. He felt a bit intimidated but he'd called for it. :: We're getting near Tucker station, we'll have some shore leave and soon we'll get our skeleton shifts scheduled. The station engineers will do most of the job, but we need to know what and how they do to be ready the moment we need to get out. You've earned a rest, but I expect you to keep up with the ship's condition. Aside from that, enjoy your time off when you have it.
