(( USS Constitution-B – Terpes quarters ))

( Near arrival to Tucker Station )

As the days have passed, things returned to some sort of normality, with standard shifts, no red alerts, just a few more patients than the norm needing advice or just to talk about what happened on the hangar bay and her ocasional visit to Ba'el to check on her and keep her up to date to how things were on the department.

The medical team had praised her for the job at the Trauma center and pointed, upon reviewing her report and the information from the biobed a few things she could have improved, as she asked them for that, so all in all, she's good and feeling she'd done a decent job given the circumstances. She'd talked with ensign Thyar about what happened and how she felt after it, not just as a counselor, but as another ensign of the same department with whom she'd made a good relationship on a personal level.

The ship was moving at about warp four or five, not specially a fast pace, but it seemed that with the damage suffered, the captain or the engineers didn't want to stress the ship's systems so they had time to plan what to do during their stay on the station. However, details on the station's amenities were scarce, so maybe they'll have to look into the station's specs or schematics to know what they could have available, but somehow, she doubted they'll have an arboretum like on 104.

While her thoughts were on that her badge activated and brought a familiar voice to her.

Perax: =/\= Perax to Terpes =/\=

Terpes: =/\= Terpes here, what can I do for you? =/\=

Perax: =/\= With us being so close to Tucker Station, engineering has started granting time off again. I, uh, wondered if you had any free time from medical and counseling for tea or coffee? =/\=

Maiman remembered they agreed to get a drink one day, but with what happened on the nebula, it was postponed. Now it was back and there's really no reason to say no, at least not a logical one.

Terpes: =/\= Yes, we are back to normal duty, so I guess we'll have free time when we're at the station. I'm sure Ba'el will get back on duty soon and unless the victims of the hangar bay come together with something, we might have time for that. =/\=

Perax: =/\= With one thing after another, We’ve had to push it back a couple of times. It'd be good to have our tea before anything else comes up to push it back again. Not that I want to be pushy ...=/\=

Terpes: oO Don't say that Oo =/\= No, don't worry. I might also make use of some time off. Lately I've just related with my counseling partners or with the medical staff... it'll be a nice change. In front of the Saloon? In... fifteen minutes? =/\=

Perax: =/\= Sure, I’ll meet you there. I can’t wait. =/\=

Terpes: =/\= You'll have to make an effort, at least for fifteen minutes... Terpes out =/\=

Maiman closed the channel and smiled, first inwardly, then outwardly.
