Lieutenant Nalni - Running on Adrenaline (Corrected Version)

There seemed to be a man in the corner that looked like he was trying to hide from people. She saw his lips moving, but couldn’t hear what he was actually saying. When she tiptoed closer, Nalni noticed that his collar was teal so she could only guess that he was in the medical or science department.
Scavi: ::whispering:: That was her? But last time I was in that spot, she wasn’t there. Neither was the other. Just that one guy.
What the hell he was talking about, Nalni didn’t know. And even stranger was that it looked like he was speaking into the air.
Scavi: Huh. So that’s what happens?
Nalni: Excuse me, mister?
The man turned around abruptly so fast that ne nearly tumbled over and was beside himself. The sudden movement made Nalni lean back a little wondering if he was about to hit her. Apparently her expression softened the man’s somewhat which made him finally get back to his feet and Nalni finally saw that he was a lieutenant.
Nalni: Who were you talking to, Lieutenant?
Scavi: No one! I was.., ::arches an eyebrow:: taking out the trash? I mean dancing to a really mash hit of a song.
Nalni: I didn’t hear any music.
Scavi: Actually, Lieutenant ::pauses:: Nalni? Oh you’re Nalni!
The way the man was acting made the Barzan officer feel really suspicious to the point that she folded her arms together across her chest and then tap her commbadge.
Nalni: You’re exactly right. =/\= Nalni to security =/\=
Yito: =/\= Lt Yito here =/\=
Scavi: Let me go!
Nalni: ::breathes heavily:: =/\= Seja, there’s a really suspicious officer who is clearly drunk disrupting the peace around here. =/\=
Scavi: I’m not drunk!
Yito: =/\= What makes you think they are drunk? =/\=
Nalni was still trying to wrestle with the man on the floor and finally was successful when she propped her knee into his chest. She bent over to try to cover his mouth, but he licked up at her, which made her back away, but still leaning into him. She saw that there was some other officers coming out of their quarters which might’ve looked odd from their point of view.
Nalni: =/\= That’s the thing. He was talking into the air and saying oddball things. Is there a padded room he can go into? =/\=
Scavi: Do they have that? ::beat:: There’s no such thing! ::pauses:: Oh yeah that’s right. Where’s that one person?
Yito: =/\= We can escort him to sickbay =/\=
Scavi: I’m not sick! There’s some things I just can’t say!
Nalni: =/\= Ok, that sounds like the best action as of right now. =/\=
Yito: =/\= Try keep them calm but don’t put yourself in danger we will be there any minute? =/\=
A minute sounded like an eternity as Nalni kept trying to keep the Kerelian officer down. Security came around the corner and Nalni glanced up at two officers. She got off of the man and stood back up.
Nalni: I’m sure glad you’re here.
:: Seja moved towards the clearly confused officer while Hunter held back ready to step in if needed. ::
Yito: What’s your name?
Scavi: ::whispers:: What do I go by at this time? ::nods:: my mistake. Lieutenant Junior Grade Kruun Scavi. ::he said dryly as if rehearsed::
Yito: What have you been up tonight?
Nalni could clearly see what Seja was doing as they moved closer to the turbolift. This Kruun seemed as if he was bewlidered at the moment so he didn’t notice at first.
((Turbolift))
Scavi: I’m trying to observe things before the historical records are destroyed. ::glances around:: Why are we in the turbolift?
Yito: We are just going get you to sickbay, get you checked out by one of the doctors.
Nalni: You might need to be checked out by a physician anyways because once your adrenaline is low.
Once the other security officer pushed the control to start the lift, the man looked down at his arm and saw that Seja was grasping him a little too firmly. Nalni was on the other side a little put out because the man didn’t smell like he was drunk.
Scavi: I assume once the doctors check me out, I’ll be going to the brig?
Yito: You are not under arrest.
((Sickbay))
Nalni heard a noticeable huff from the man as the doors parted and soon enough they were in a room filled with medical equipment and biobeds all around. Some with people in them and others vacant as nurses attended to their patients. Kruun tried to resist and get out of the way, but with security in the way it wasn’t much success.

Nalni: Found him talking to himself and the way he said things made it seem like he was just now learning who or what he was observing.
Scavi: That’s right! An observer. Quite right indeed.
Yito: Response

Scavi: I wouldn’t run a bioscan if I were you.
Spears/Milsap/Yito: Response
Scavi: You’re not going to like what you see or completely understand it. This is around the time when a Jalana Rajel gets promoted to fleet captain, right?
Nalni: Are you being serious right now? It literally just happened. You and everyone else on this ship know.
Spears/Milsap/Yito: Response
Scavi: Before any of you do anything, I would like to see her.
