Wandering through the corridors of the Constitution, Zeraa couldn't help but marvel at it all. Finally after years at the academy and a few adventures of her own she graduated and got her first assignment. Even tough the Andorian had been a bit disappointed about her posting as a HCO officer instead of engineering, it didn't matter to her in the end.
It didn't take long till she reached her destination, the Operations Center. Her instructions where to find Junior Lieutenant Kaboor, luckily for Zeraa the instructions also contained an image of her. It didn't take long until she found who she was looking for.
The human woman had just finished responding to a communication and by her demeanor it wasn't the first one today. If Zeraa had to take a guess she would say that the department is rather busy at the moment.
Zh'raalil: Are you Lieutenant Kapoor?
Kaboor turned towards the Andorian and eyed her for a moment.
Kapoor: That's me. And you are?
Zh'raalil: I'm Ensign Telazeraa Zh'raalil, I just got assigned here as a HCO Officer.
Kapoor: Oh! Right yes, I saw your name in a file. New arrival right? Please call me Chandni. Sorry for the chaos, you've come at a busy time.
Zh'raalil: The briefing mentioned that there is a situation but nothing about what is going on.
Kapoor: Well, we did not get all details but here's what I know. We took a delegation of Cardassian and Federation Archaeologists on board, they were working together on Vryshaan unearthing history and such. So we worked on an exhibit of their findings and somehow - nobody told me yet how - part of that delegation and our crew were... de-aged. Into the age between 8 and like 25. Most of which however are children and teenagers.
oO Oh well that explains a few things. Oo
Zh'raalil: I can see how that causes a problem. Do they have a solution in sight?
Kapoor: Yes, looks like they are working on fixing that just based on all the energy consumption. So let's hope we get our Commanding Officer back. ::leaning against the console.:: Our Chief is currently not on board so I'm interims chief. So welcome aboard and to HCO. What's your specialty?
Zh'raalil: The Commanding Officer has been turned into a child as well? And for your question, I got my major in engineering and my minor in Communication and Operations.
Kapoor: Response
The Andorian let her gaze wander around the room, noting how busy people seemed to be. No wonder considering all that she had just learned about the situation.
Zh'raalil: I'm looking forward to working with you. Where can I best be of help at the moment?
