PNPC Senior Cmdr Nugra - Time to Part Ways

Senior Commander Nugra walked with hands behind his back as he always
did when conversing. It was a habit from the old days so that his claws
didn't terrify all the juniors on the bridge.

Ba'el: ::Nodding:: Of course. But, if it helps, your people are held in
high esteem by mine as warriors. Even when our forces have engaged one
another, Klingons know that there will be tales of glory to be sung
afterwards.

Nugra: :: chuckling :: I guess I can take that as a compliment.

Ba'el: ::gestures to them both:: And yet here we are, both wearing the
uniform of the Federation. The universe, it seems, is not without a
sense of irony.

Nugra: That is quite true.

The Gorn was one of the few in Starfleet and at times, he thought he
might have been the only one. His people were not really for leaving
their own territory. They guarded it like a dragon would guard gold...at
least that's what Talia Kaji had once told him.

Ba'el: I need to go settle into my temporary quarters before returning
to duty. I have enjoyed our conversation Commander.

Nugra: Of course. By all means.

As the turbolift arrived and opened, the Klingon woman stopped and
turned around.

Ba'el: Commander? If you ever find yourself looking for a more "robust"
sparring partner, You know where to find me. ::smiles, and steps back
into the lift as the doors close::

With the doors closed, the Gorn turned on his own heel and began to
meander back towards the open places. Maybe there was something to do
out there.
