Lieutenant JG Seleya- Reporting in

Seleya was very glad to be back on duty, though she still had some recovering to do after her injuries from the mission. She had followed Dr. Doucet’s orders and was working her way back up to her usual workout routine, and things were close to feeling normal again, aside from the new white spots of vitiligo scattered across her body.

She had just finished a set and was taking a drink of water when her communicator chirped.

Seleya: =/\= Seleya here, Lieutenant. =/\=

Is’Kah: =/\= Lieutenant, would you come by my office before you start your shift for a casual conversation? =/\=

Seleya paused. She wasn’t sure she believed this would be a “casual conversation,” and the timing certainly seemed odd for one, but she wouldn’t refuse her boss either way.

Seleya: =/\= If you wish, Lieutenant. =/\= 

Is’Kah: =/\= Thank you. Is’Kah out. =/\=

Seleya set the communicator badge down and took a few more moments to catch her breath before finishing her workout and returning to her quarters to get ready for the day.

As promised, once Seleya was ready for duty she headed to the chief’s office for their conversation, wondering what it might be about. She pressed the chime, and when she heard the confirmation to enter, she stepped inside and stood at attention. 

Seleya: You wanted to see me, Lieutenant?

Is’kah: Response

Seleya: I am doing well, glad to be back on duty.

Is’kah: Response

Seleya: What did you want to talk about, Lieutenant?
