Sh'vhaatror: Glad to hear it. Now I feel comfortable discharging you so you can complete your recovery in your quarters. But before you run out of here, I am going to give you that bostile orb, and a list of exercises you can do daily, including exercises you can do with a willing participant if you find one. I want you to come in twice a week for neuro stimulation tests so your neuro pathways remain active. If you are not happy with the progress after a few sessions we can discuss dopamine injections. 

Ezalia paused, not wanting to overwhelm Edrei with everything all at once. Giving the doctor a moment to ask questions if she needed to. 

Edrei: Oh yeah, I'm fine with that. Hopefully we won't need the dopamine injections.

Sh’vhaatror: I would also like to have once a week appointments with you for more intensive exercises with another telepath. And I would like you to schedule an appointment with Doctor S’Rorr at least once or once every other week. 

Edrei: That's... A lot. Hopefully not for long - I don't see how I can reconcile work and... that, for weeks.

Sh’vhaatror: Well as your abilities start returning we can scale back some of these therapies, and focus more on daily telepathic and empathic exercises. 

Edrei: Yeah, sounds good. We have a deal.

Sh’vhaatror: Excellent, did you have any questions, concerns, details you wanted to go more in depth about?

Edrei: No, I'm okay for now. Can I get out of here now? ::beat:: Please?

Ezalia laughed, she supposed she couldn’t keep Edrei here any longer. 

Sh'vhaatror: Let me grab the bostile orb for you. I will send everything else to your personal PADD.

Ezalia walked off quickly, knowing that her patient was ready to jump off her biobed and run out of sickbay.

Sh’vhaatror: Here you are. ::She handed Edrei the bostile orb:: Now promise me you will take it easy the next couple days.

Edrei: Yes I promise! As long as I can come back to work soon...

Sh'vhaatror: Yup, I am only going to file you for medical leave for two days, then you will be cleared to return to work. 

Edrei: Perfect, thanks.

Edrei: Oh, and Ezalia? Thank you so much for your help and everything you've done.

Sh'vhaatror: Of course! So glad I could help. Looking forward to feeling you in a couple days. And don’t forget to make those appointments!

Ezalia called out the last sentence quickly, hoping Edrei heard it before the sickbay doors slid shut. A moment later, she noticed several people giving her odd looks. She paused, thinking it over, and then realized that most of them likely didn’t understand the Aenar’s telepathic feeling sensory, and that her comment had probably sounded very odd. And not in the ‘see you later’ sense she meant it as.
