Edrei: Did we win?
Koyama: ::Sitting up and grabbing one of the rifles on the floor.:: Do you need to bandage that before we go?
Is'Kah: We did, Doctor. ::To Koyama:: We don’t have time to patch me up; we can do that after we find a place to hide, even if it’s on this vessel. I will take point and clear each room, but I’ll need you to open the access points. My hands are not usable right now.
Lee frowned. Patch zhen up? What happened? She felt herself switch to doctor mode and tried to quickly check Is'Kah over. That was made difficult as she saw three... no, two and a half, maybe? Is'Kahs, and rather blurrily, too. She could see some blood, but had trouble determining where it was coming from. Probably her arms as zha said zha couldn't use zhen hands.
Koyama: response
Is'Kah: We find T’Ama and our badges. Maybe the medkit, but we need to leave. Doctor, forgive us, but Ensign Koyama will have to help you walk. Once you have her, get ready to open the door.
Edrei: I can walk just fine.
And to demonstrate that, she tried to rise, but the world betrayed her. It confused up and down, and when her head stopped spinning, she was on the ground again. She resigned herself.
Edrei: Okay, I could maybe actually use a hand.
Koyama: response
She finally was able to stand up with Koyama's help, though she felt that if the Ensign let her go, Lee would end up right back on the ground. She only focused on putting one foot in front on the other as they headed to the brig's door.
Is'Kah: Open it in 3… 2… 1… now!
She vaguely saw Is'Kah lifting the rifle and going through the door. Given that nothing happened, Lee concluded there was no other gun or guard waiting for them on the other side, which was a nice change. She nodded toward the left of the corridor.
Edrei: Interrogation room's that way. ::hesitating:: 3rd door on the left? I think.
She tried to be careful with what she said, as her memory wasn't exactly the most reliable at the moment.
Koyama: response
They slowly walked in that direction (though "walked" was a big word in Lee's case), their surroundings still very quiet save for their own footsteps. They finally reached said door, but no sound could be heard on the other side.
Edrei: It's here.
Koyama/Is'Kah: Response
Could she have been mistaken in the room's location? Did they leave? She felt anxiety rise in her trying not to imagine what could have happened to T'Ama. The noise of her crewmates breaking the lock brought her back to reality. Heart beating fast, she turned her eyes to the inside of the room where she could see a few people piled up, but fortinately no gold uniform anywhere in the room. Lee vaguely recognized the two that hit her, and a slight groan from one them was the only thing that showed they weren't dead. She felt awfully nauseous looking at them andalmost found herself wishing they actually were dead. She cleared her throat and turned her attention away from them.
Edrei: Probably fair to say she escaped? ::pause:: We maybe should barricade that door.
Koyama/Is'Kah: Response
