V’Nille made an initial beeline for where the two captains stood, but seeing T’Ama and then Seleya move there as well made her reassess and adjust her target. She slipped instead to one of the refreshment tables to see where her nose led her. Entranced by one particularly succulent piece of meat on a platter, she very nearly avoided crashing into someone else.
V’Nille: Oh! I apologize. I was diving for that … beef, I think? Let me get out of your way.

V’Nille: You’re too kind. Let me just … there we go.
She twisted her body slightly in order to grab the meat cube and popped it into her mouth as soon as she was standing up straight again. The taste of peppers and some unfamiliar spices filled her mouth and nose, making her muzzle scrunch up a bit in pleasant surprise.
