Miash had encountered some intriguing cases of missing organs. However, this case was unique. Whatever the ensign had ingested had damaged his stomach lining.

Loq: How is that possible? Damn that woman. What did she do to me?
Miash: Who my dear?
Loq: She had blue skin, and no hair. And a small ridge down the center of her face.
Miash: Oh my, hold on ::reaching for a nearby PADD and punching a few things into it::
Loq: I... I cannot remember her name or rank. I was considerably drunk. But I do remember something she said. I was worried about hurting her — she was very slight, and looked more frail even than a human. But she said I should be worried, that I would feel ill the next day. But she did not seem concerned. She certainly didn't say anything about my stomach lining dissolving.
Loq: If you know who she is, then bring her here at once. I would have words with her.
Miash: Is this her?
Miash handed the Klingon the PADD with an image of Ensign Yinn.
Miash: It’s not her fault, you should really be more careful about what you eat my dear. Most Bolian beverages are toxic to non-bolian species. (beat) I think you’re lucky, a lesser being would already be dead.
She smirked, knowing this situation wasn't as dire as she portrayed. She took pride in teasing Klingons whenever the opportunity arose.

Miash retreated to the replicator, “Treatment 157b-alpha, liquid form, 30 mL.” She returned with a vile of green liquid…

Miash was unsure if this would be the cure, as she had never encountered a case where a Klingon had consumed Bolian alcohol. Regardless, she planned to write a case study about it for her doctoral classes.
