The bare bones of an idea had been tossed onto the bar between them, and now they were batting back and forth at the beginning of what appeared to be a pre-planning stage. Quite what they would end up with as a result, Max couldn't say. But it ought to be fun finding out.

Koryan: And I’m pretty sure Commander Rouiancet would approve it as long as everything is consensual and no one gets hurt.

Max nodded, agreeing fully with the latter part of Koryan's comment.

Koryan: Or, rather, permanently hurt.

Yinn: Response

Max scooped up his bloodwine and half-drained it.
For a moment he paused, before making direct eye contact with the barkeep.

Maxwell: Koryan, you're spoiling us wi' the real stuff.

Max’s face split into a wide grin.

Koryan: Enjoy it.  I’m cutting you both off the real stuff after that - you’ve reached the limit for now.  It resets every twenty four hours.

Max gave a light huff of false disappointment, Max took an altogether more leisurely sip of his drink.

Maxwell: It'll take more than one as these before you need tae wheel me out ae here, but ::he nodded lightly:: your bar, your rules my good man. Fair play tae you.

Yinn: Response

Koryan: I tell you what, I’ll approach the commander about it.  Would you two be interested in helping with the planning if it’s approved? He did say if, because although Koryan was pretty sure Rouiancet would be open to the idea, he also didn’t want to assume it was a fact before it was truly a fact.

Maxwell: Aye, sure. I'm pretty sure there's space in my calendar tae help out. ::He glanced around the almost empty bar before laughing lightly.:: So long as I can fight aff all these bonnie lassies that is.

Yinn: Response

Koryan: I’ll get right on it then.

Placing his drained glass down onto the bar, Max gave a cheery wink of his cloudy eye.

Maxwell: How about a wee dram tae seal the deal?

Koryan/Yinn: Response

Hearing the door open, Max glanced over his shoulder as a ragged collection of different uniforms came in. Some alone, a few couples and one small gaggle of engineers. As the new arrivals ordered and received drinks, Max turned in his seat to rest an arm on the bar. He casually watched as tables or booths were claimed and conversations were struck up. Here and there a few were sat alone, heads buried in PADD's as they read for relaxation or work.

Maxwell: Looks like it's starting tae liven up the now.

Koryan/Yinn: Response

Maxwell: Nae decided yet.

Pursing his lips a moment, Max pondered on the decision to stay “out” or head back to his quarters. Perhaps he'd have another scotch whilst he decided?

Koryan/Yinn: Response
