PO Una Qualunque - First ribbon , first meeting...

Una was almost in shock. Not only had she received her first ribbon, but she'd also been invited to an engineering staff meeting. On the Columbia, she was a total ghost; on the 118, a little less so, but still completely shrouded in obscurity and deep fog.

She looked around at the large group, all with fairly high ranks. It was all so surreal. Really!

Before, she'd attended a few meetings and celebrations, but she'd always sneaked in. No one had ever invited her! It was strange. And there was food too, good food at that. If this kept up, she might even get fat!

Herrick: Please, continue digging in as the commander ordered (grinning) I just want to say that I’m so proud of this department and of all of you. We’ve been able to take this brand-new ship class in stride and serve with distinction given the talent that’s brought to the table every single day. (with emphasis) Thank you!.

Una looked around, were they really thanking her? She was expecting any moment to be given some task, like making copies for everyone or preparing coffee for everyone.

Una gazed at H the boss while he was raising his glass. Then she gazed at her glass full of a colourfull tequila sunrise, alcohol free tequila or a very light one indeed.

Una: Cheers! :: Sipping her drink while the colours was mixing in her glass, amazing! ::

Herrick: ::taking his seat, looking between Morro and Kimonzi:: So… we haven’t scared you off then?

Una just took another sip of her awesome drink.

Sometimes she just started at the glass while the colours was fading away, but not today, today she was celebrating!

Herrick: Ah Commander, how timely. ::looking back to the table:: We were just musing about our next mission… Would it be too much to hope that the FNS S will ask us to go visit a resort world and provide reviews from a crew perspective?
