Ragh finally felt in his element.. His heart was pounding like a warriors when the call to battle rang out. The typical Klingon bloodlust was still there, but instead was twisted into an urgency to not kill or conquer, but to comfort and aid. He knew that to be an oxymoron, but he dared any to laugh. Yes, he thought, I am where I'm meant to be.

The ones the captain had called Hephtas and Uri had been tended to the best he could, and now he hoped the medics left aboard the Talents can keep them alive until he finished here.

Ragh: =/\= Ragh to Talents, one critical to be beamed over. Medics to stabilize and prep for emergent craniotomy. Second coming to, consussed but should be okay. Treat accordingly until I return. =/\=

Greaves: =/\= Keep it up. We’re staying on monitor and keeping the channel clear. Call if you need anything. =/\=

Ragh stood up from treating Uri and looked towards Serrano; It appeared she was finished treating Luriaa and Siragin. They both seemed stable enough for the time being. He nodded his head with a quiet approval.

Woolheater: =/\= Talents, we have found the survivors and the freighter captain. Ragh and Serrano are ready to transport. =/\=

There came a crash that rocked the freighter. It didn't feel too close but it also meant time was running out. Fast. The sooner they got the injured off this ship the better.

Woolheater: Explosive decompression; we’re good. We do need to move out though.

Greaves: =/\= Confirmed. It was one of the rearmost compartments. Nothing close. We’re keeping an eye on hull integrity for you. =/\=

Just as he figured. It was good they had eyes on the situation from aboard the Talents. Might be the difference between life or death if things went south. Transporter enhancers were in place. Ragh hoped they would work, it was unsure if they could afford the extra time to carry them off the freighter.

Ragh: Two ready to beam, if you're able.

Moments later, he watched as the two injured were beamed off. Thankfully that went as planned.

JoNz: =/\= Serrano/Comm Line =/\= Serrano, this is JoNz. You good? Your readings spiked a bit there.

Serrano: ::to JoNz:: =/\= I’m good, just had a moment. =/\=

Ragh wasn't sure what that was all about. He gave an inquisitive glance at the medic. She had been a huge asset and he did not want to see any harm come to her. He would inquire about it when they were back on the Talents and things calmed down.

Ragh: ::to Luriaa:: Captain, you're crew has been sent to the Talents and are in good hands.

Woolheater: Your cargo? Is that why you were attacked?

Luriaa: I request that the supplies we have be transported to your ship.

Was there room on the ship? Luckily, Ragh did not have to worry about making that call. He did wonder why she was as concerned as she was about medical supplies though.

Woolheater: ::to Ragh:: Doc? You ready to book?

Ragh: Yes, if this is indeed all the surviving crew there is not much more I can do from here.

Luriaa: I wish to speak to Lieutenant Colonel Greaves.

Ragh wondered if they knew each other. He didn't know much about his own crewmates and he knew nothing about this Vorta captain. He was walking a fine line between not his problem and could soon be his problem. For now, he stayed in the former category. He kept his thoughts on the patients now waiting for him in their makeshift medbay.

Woolheater: Yes captain, right away. I’d like to get a copy of your nav and sensor logs, cargo manifest as well, with your permission of course? Then we’ll see if we can patch your ship up or put you in tow back to DS14.

He appreciated Woolheater handling the situation with Captain Luriaa.

Ragh: After I get your crew stabilized I would like to have a once-over of yourself to make sure you're okay.

He didn't think she was paying attention to him, but he felt he had to say it anyways. She was under no obligation to be treated by medical, if she decided to refuse.

Luriaa: It is important to the survival not only of what’s left of my crew, but of yours. I’m well aware this freighter is in no condition to move on its own and I doubt the vessel you’re in can easily tow her.

Now that was interesting. She must not be talking about medical supplies, if they were indeed in danger as she said. For not the last time that day, Ragh could only think that these sort of conversations were above his station.

Woolheater: Captain, we might surprise you with what we can do. Let’s get you looked at and I know you’re wanting to talk to our CO.

Woolheater gestured to Navarro.

Woolheater: Staff Sergeant? Please escort the captain here to Colonel Greaves?

SSgt Navarro: ::sharp nod:: Aye Sir! Captain, if you’ll follow me?

Luriaa: Response

Ragh: I will check on you aboard the Talents, Captain.

With that, she set off with Navarro. Ragh was very curious to what she would discuss with Greaves. If it was serious enough, as she implied, he would surely be informed in due time.

Woolheater: =/\= Talents actual. The captain is on her way to see you sir. She expressly asked for to speak with Lieutenant Colonel Wes Greaves, sir. Navarro is escorting her up the manual docking hatch. =/\=

JoNz: Response

Greaves: =/\= Good work Sam. We’ve got the last of the casualties secured here. Send Doc Serrano back here to continue triage. See what you can get from that ships logs. We’ve got some time still, and I want to know a little more about this mystery. =/\=

Ragh was relieved to hear the injured crew were being tended to. He felt good that Serrano would be going, she proved herself capable. But if she was going, did that mean he was expected to stay here?

Woolheater: =/\= Talents? Gunny and I are proceeding to one of the intact cargo bays to inventory the medical supplies. Give us ten more minutes and let’s salvage what we can. I’m not being too picky. If it looks intact we’ll grab as much as we can. I know you have your hands full JoNz. Just don’t cut us loose without saying goodbye. =/\=

JoNz: Response?

Greaves: =/\= Ensign Ragh, go with Woolheater just in case you three stumble on more survivors. If anything in those cargo bays are shielded we might have missed casualties in our scans. We’re going to meet with their Captain. Closing this line for now, but we’ll keep an eye on you. Call if you need something. =/\=

That answered that question. He was more than happy to stay and assist, if they thought there might be something more going on aboard the Svisivak.

Ragh: =/\= Understood, Sir. Ragh out. =/\=

Woolheater/JoNz

With comms off for now, they were left to get to work. Ragh wasn't sure they would find anymore survivors, but Luriaa was definitely hiding something. He statement about all of them being in danger continues to trouble him.

Ragh: ::To Woolheater:: What do you think is going on? A few of the things the Captain said are giving me pause.

Woolheater: Response

Ragh: It is possible. She was eager to talk to Greaves, so if it was something nefarious I doubt she'd be so willing to talk. Perhaps it's not so much the supplies, but who they're supplying them to.

They could spend all day theorizing, or they could go find out. They continued the walk to cargo bays. Either they would find a surprise or the medicos supplies they're meant to catelog. Rath pulled out his tricoder, anyways. Greaves was right, it was possible they missed a survivor due to spotty scans.

Woolheater: Response

Ragh: ::startled:: I am getting a life sign in.. ::looking around:: cargo bay 1. It's weak but it's there.

Weak was an understatement. It kept fluctuating and appeared to be small. Not the type of reading he'd expect for another member of the crew.

Woolheater: Response
