Dolce seemed to have recovered a bit in this one’s attempts at diplomacy. While these ones were not getting everything that the probably needed for home, this one had gotten something, possibly some hope for the future.
Dolce: Those ones think this one is not smart. This one knows where those ones' loyalties lie.
Lohkina: Well, perhaps more time on Deep Space 14 will convince them otherwise, particularly that this one made the right choice in opening more formal dialogue with Starfleet.

Dolce quirked his head as the device the non-purple one had went off.
Dolce: Is everything ok with those ones?
Lohkina: It appears the other team has concluded. Perhaps these ones would like to join them in browsing the station's businesses and cultural centers?
Nilsen: This one thinks that will be a great idea.
Dolce: This one would love to see the station’s businesses and cultural centers. It will be most useful.
Lohkina: This one believes the captain will be satisfied, and that one should do as he sees fit.
That was good. Dolce did not want to be the reason those ones superior was not happy.
