((Outside Yinn’s Quarters))
Zarah pressed the button to the side of the door to alert the occupant of her arrival. The time had come. She and Yinn had to figure out a way to prank the Director of Intelligence, and not get caught doing so. Hopefully, the two of them could get away with the prank, and if not, well, JOPA had their back. Rocking back and forth on her feet, she wondered how Etan would have taken the prank, but her wondering wouldn’t do any good, because he was no longer a member of the OEB, which was a shame. She hadn’t met the new Intelligence Officer, but had heard a lot of good things about her. Hopefully the woman had a sense of humour. If not, then they had better be doubly sure never to get caught.
As soon as the doors opened, Zarah’s face brightened. The Bolian was a friend, despite the age and educational difference, and she always enjoyed time with her. Now that time was going to be spend doing something devious, but fun.
Johnson: Hey Yinn! Mind if I come in?
Yinn: Response
Stepping inside, Zarah cast a glance around the Ensign’s quarters. Did she have a roommate? Most likely. Ensigns generally did, but maybe since the Butler was a bigger ship, that wasn’t the case. Heading over to the couch, Zarah flopped down on it.
Johnson: I’ve been wracking my brain all night.
Yinn: Response
Nodding, she shifted a bit so that one leg crossed over the other and she leaned against the armrest.
Johnson: Did you have any idea on what to do?
Yinn: Response
