Snow: No. I don't and if you would look at me, you would see that. 

Lephi: ::speaking through tears:: You … don't? 

Elizabeth smiles as Lephi reluctantly gave in and looked at her. Her hand caressed the woman's cheek.

Snow: Ma Chère (my dear), Lephi. You are still my Lephi. The same Lephi that has stolen my heart in this brief period of time. ::smiles:: I’m by your side to support you, always. 

Lephi: Oh, Liz! You really mean that?

Snow: Of course I do. ::sincerly:: You make me the happiest I've ever felt.

That was true. No one had ever made her feel the way Lephi did. Everything about the woman was different. From her actions to her words, to her beautiful personality. Elizabeth was catching feelings for Lephi fast. Which was sort of scary and alarming to her, but also exciting and exhilarating. 

Lephi: ::sniffles:: I'm sorry for all of this ::laughs quietly while gesturing to her tear stained face:: I didn't mean to unload on you like this either. 

Snow: That's what I'm here for. ::smiles::

Lephi: I appreciate everything about you. We make a good team.

Snow: We do, don't we. 

They had covered a lot of ground since Elizabeth stepped in some hours ago. This evening had been special to her even if they had just sat and talked the whole time. Elizabeth looked at her cup as it was yet again empty. The day had been a long one. She went from a baby checkup to fixing Lael's broken ribs with all sorts of other patients and house calls throughout the day, to a video call with her parents, to end the night talking for hours with Lephi. As late as it was, she didn't want their evening to end. 

Lephi: Response 

Snow: Well as wonderful as this evening has been and as much as I don’t want it end. I guess we should call it a night so we get a little bit of sleep at least.

Lephi: Response 

Snow: I wish you sweet dreams tonight, beautiful. ::smiles:: 

Lephi: Response
