Lori’s next appointment had arrived and she found that she was a little excited for this. A professional curiosity, as well as a trained psychologist Lori was a scientist, and anthropologist. She was intrigued by different cultures and species. When the opportunity came up to encounter a new species that she's never met before it was always interesting to her. 

Meris: Lieutenant Commander Lux I presume?

Lux: :: nods :: That's me. 

Meris: I am pleased to meet you Commander. ::offering their hand::

Lori took their hand and then released it. She indicated for Meris to enter the office and closed the door behind them, taking her seat opposite them. 

Lux: Make yourself comfortable, there's water on the table. 

Meris: Response 

Lux: What brings you here today? 

Meris: Response 

Lux: Okay, and what is it your hoping to get from counselling?
