(( Primary Sickbay, Deck 7, USS Artemis ))
Ollie let out a sigh. Fatigue was steadily creeping in on him as his shift on the Artemis repair and refit—now that they had reached facilities of DS224—drew to a close, inching forward with each passing moment. Yet it wasn't merely fatigue that weighed heavily on him as he stepped into sickbay.
Days later, when he reached the top of the waiting list for treatment to address his ailments, which his body had sustained during the last mission, they treated his cracked ribs, his sprained ankle, and the list went on... Yet, even now, especially when he was overtired like today, his body was clearly signaling to him that he had been treated but had barely had time to heal.
Bergmen: One doctor, please!
Bancroft: Response
Bergmen raised his hand to greet the doctor, but midway through the gesture, he abruptly pulled it back, as the sharp pain in his shoulder reminded him of the reason he had come into the sickbay.
Bergmen: Yeah, that.
The lieutenant took a moment to exhale the pain back to a dull ache, before making his way to a nearby biobed, where he settled down to rest.
Bergmen: My left shoulder has been really bothering me lately. Most of the time, it's just a dull pressure or mild pain, but about fifteen minutes ago, while I was cataloging, I tried to raise my arm and felt a sharp pain shooting from my shoulder down somewhere under the shoulder blade, here, toward the spine. ::points at the location on his back, approximately::
