Addison sat behind the desk in her ready room, with Kalianna and Genkos facing her. Genkos was resisting the urge to grab Kalianna’s hand, instead contenting himself by brushing his mind gently against hers, almost nuzzling into her mental neck. But it meant he wasn’t really paying attention to what Addison was saying, but something drew his focus back to their Captain.
MacKenzie: …we should have you back to the Eagle in no time, but I figured you wouldn’t mind a quick stop by one of the galaxy’s destination hotspots for old time’s sake…

Genkos looked over at Kalianna, and smiled softly at her.
Adea: I won’t complain…
Addison cracked a smile.
MacKenzie: I think the last time I was here was right after the Resolution… I remember Vitor’s court martial after biting that man’s neck. ::closing her eyes and shaking her head:: Can you even imagine?
Genkos’ forefinger came up to rest against his temple as he leaned against one elbow. His feelings around Vitor’s final actions aboard the Resolution were… complicated, and it had taken some time for him to be able to trust the man again. Albeit time that the man had got back again due to the machinations of the machiavellian Q, CloQ.
Adea: I try not to… But he’s grown since then. I hope.

MacKenzie cocked her head quickly.
MacKenzie: They all have. Though, that any one of them would have thought I would have let them keep the Bird of Prey means I still have some work ahead of me…
She chuckled, and Genkos rolled his eyes so hard he gave himself a small headache.
Adea: Yyyyyess… And you’re sure you want Talos back in the chair? ::he raised up a placative palm:: I kid - he’s highly competent, and ::he fingered his collar distastefully:: red never suited me anyway.

Genkos ran a hand through his hair as he looked between two of the most important people in his life.
Adea: Well, we’ve done well, the crew’ve done well… Sapphire wine anyone?
