((Genkos Adea’s Quarters, USS Artemis-A))
The Doctor’s wrists were pretty much dead at this point. He was drifting in and out of consciousness, and his mind was unable to focus on anything.
Toto. Where was Toto?
It was an hour, two hours, a week later, who knew when he heard someone enter his quarters. He sat up straight, well as straight as he could, and screamed loudly against the gag. Which wasn’t very loud at all.
Relief filled him as he heard two sets of footsteps on his carpeted floor, and a soft whine from the bathroom.
Sadar: Lieutenant, over here!
Jovenan: Response
The door to the closet flew open and he saw Gila and Jovenan standing over him, looking more than a little shocked. One pulled out his gag and he sucked in a lungful of oxygen.
Adea: Thank the four. Toto - he’s in the bathroom, can one of you let him out please?
Sadar/Jovenan: Response
As the truth of his rescue dawned on him, his mind began to move at warp ten, and he spoke with the energy of a man who hadn’t been tied up in a closet for gods know how long. He was babbling, and imagined he came across as a bit of a lunatic. Which was understandable.
Adea: Don’t untie my wrists too quickly - it can cause damage… ::he paused:: Sorry, you probably knew that already Gila. What’s going on, where is everyone, what’s happening? Can I have a glass of water please?
Sadar/Jovenan: Response

"You know, I'm really easy to get along with most of the time, but I don't like bullies and I don't like threats, and I don't like you, Culluh. You can try and stop us from getting to the truth but I promise you that if you do I will respond with all the 'unique technologies' at my command." - Kathryn Janeway
