Kel: I should be alright to swim right? Nothing about my eyes would be a problem there?
Sadar: What? ::blinks:: Oh! No, certainly not. Your eyes respond slightly slower than normal, but so long as you don’t go diving during times of low visibility, nothing to be alarmed about.
He nodded and pushed his tongue against his cheek.
Kel: Got it, no swimming at night.
She slowly nodded.
Sadar: I do have some recommendations, though my knowledge of Bajoran nature is gained through the scope of potential scientific excursions, not particularly good tourist spots. I can forward a list to your personal terminal in short order?
Kel gave her a friendly smile and a polite nod as he drew himself up from his chair.
Kel: That would be great. I can also send a message to my grandparents asking for some guidance.
Sadar: As you say, Ensign. ::patient smile:: Please, enjoy yourself. I’ll see you at your next appointment.
As she dismissed him from her office, Kel stepped into the corridor, feeling a sense of relief. The prospect of swimming in Bajoran rivers sounded like a perfect way to unwind. He made a mental note to message his grandparents later and turned towards the turbolift, ready to continue with his day on the USS Artemis-A.
