Bergmen: And… What would you recommend to do in the meantime for my shore leave down on the station? I was never on Starbase 224, so I do not know much about local possibilities for the entertainment except what is recommended in the Starfleet travel guide.

With that question, it felt like Ollie had put one's finger on it. The commander leaned in closer, his face eager, almost as if he was more engaged in this conversation.

Adea: Well the arboretum on 224 is stunning, a brilliant place to visit. I can highly recommend that. Then of course the promenade is full of decent shops and eateries. It depends on what you’re interested in.

Bergmen's face seemed to sag as if the answer wasn't exactly what he expected.

Bergmen: Those are already visited and done, sir. Exactly this recommendation was in the travel guide.

Adea: If you could do anything to relax, what would it be?

Adea must have sensed his sorrow because his question was directed in the same direction as Ollie's thoughts.

Bergmen: I don't know exactly. Something calm, peaceful, and without people. Something relaxing, like spa or massage. ::bite his lips:: No, not massage, my sore back is asking for a chiropractor.

Adea: Response

Bergmen: Yea, that sounds good. I will…

Ensign didn't finish the sentence because his combadge shortly beeped. Ollie immediately straightened his back - a couple of his vertebrae cracked in the movement - and nodded to the commander.

Bergmen: ::visibly scared:: I’m sorry, sir. My break is over, and I need to go. Thank you for the recommendation, the talk, and everything. See you around.

Adea: Response

Ensign Bergmen rose from the table and took a few steps before turning back and quickly returning to the commander. He promptly picked up his plate of unfinished food, gave an apologetic smile to the commander, and ran to the nearest replicator to dematerialize it. He didn't even wait for the cycle to end and ran out of Elysium, weaving his way through the crowd, not looking back.
