Genkos and Vitor were talking, catching up really, on Southend Beach. It was a beautiful surrounding, and Toto was loving life, chasing crabs in the sand and occasionally splashing about in the surf. The two men, however, were having a slightly more adult conversation.

Silveira: What can I say, I am just that kind of guy. You can ask Kali, I usually self proclaimed myself as the Moral Officer. And not on the dirty sense…

Genkos let out a soft little laugh. He guessed, if anyone could empathise with how he was feeling, it was Vitor. Genkos may have been the Commanding Officer in charge of the Resolution when it went down, but Vitor had been right there, at his side, when the Genesis Device had activated. Some might even say it had been Vitor’s actions that caused the situation, but Genkos had long ago forgiven him.

Adea: I see that… Well, if you must know, I am… coping. Each day is a little less depressing than the last, and putting a bit of time and distance between myself and the Resolution, well, it can only help… Well, that and seeing Kalianna every morning.

Silveira: ::nodding:: That’s good.

Adea: And I do mean that in the dirty sense.

Vitor arched an eyebrow, and Genkos smirked. However, Vitor merely looked sternly at his friend. 

Silveira: Well, not exactly the picture I wanted in my mind.

Adea: ::playfully:: You liar.

He kept a serious stare on Genkos, but it was totally undermined by the grin on Vitor’s lips.

Silveira: Well, at least now you get a chance to catch up. Also… There’s one thing…

Genkos made a noise of curiosity, and raised his own eyebrow back at Vitor, who merely winked.

Silveira: I still think you should have gotten that flute tattoo.

Genkos let out a long, low laugh and shook his head.

Adea: Absolutely not.

Silveira: Response

Adea: Not even if you were getting one as well…

Silveira: Response
