The Andorian followed his team down the corridor on the right. Door control panels flashed in and out. The lighting dimmed in fits.

The young Engineer reached for his Engineering Tricorder.   

Meris: Are you detecting any life signs in this section?

The Engineer glanced at the Helms Officer. And then looks back at his not Medical Tricorder and tapped the orange on his radiation suit.

The Andorian’s words dried up in his mouth at the sight of a pair of the crew members, one dragging a burned and bleeding leg, the other helping them along.

Storm/Bancroft: Response.

The Engineer left the task of caring for the two crew members to those better qualified himself. He moved deeper into the ailing ship. His Tricorder chimed at him.
