Sam walked over to the replicator and looked for something to drink. Finally settling on something simple she took her drink and sat down on the sofa.
S. Richards: I actually met a lot of the crew on Frontier day… It was uh… Not a great time, but that’s why I’m back. To reconnect with some of them and see how everyone is doing.
Lyara: That’s great you’re back to see them! I still have a friend I need to subspace and check in on. ::Slightly awkward pause:: She’s ok of course.
Slowly, Sam nodded.
S. Richards: Yeah, it felt like it was time to see how everyone was doing. I'm glad your friend is okay though.
Lyara: You got any specific people in mind? Other than of course our very own tactical officer.
Lyara gestured to the room where Sil was and gave a slight giggle.
S. Richards: Uh.. yeah! Jovenan, Gila, Gnai ::trailing off:: Talos…
Lyara: Well, no matter who you see, I hope any bonds you made during Frontier Day stand the test of time and space.
S. Richards: Thank you. I hope so too.
While Sam and Lyara acquainted themselves with each other, Sil went to change into the toga. Sam was enjoying the light chit-chat with the Bajoran. She was fun and had a spice to her that Sam found endearing.
Vitor stepped out with his arms wide open and stepped in front of the two.
Silveira: TCHARAM.
Sam had no idea what that meant but he looked excited as he took a few steps forward. Sam clapped and smiled at the perfect fit of the toga.
Silveira: Looking good, right?
S. Richards: Ooooh! Look at you! Strut your stuff Mr. Silveira!
Lyara: Covergirl! Put the bass in your walk!
Sil winked at them and did a sideways jiggle.
Silveira: Like this?
Keeping the fun going Sam called out.
S. Richards: Give us a spin!
Lyara: Strike a pose!
Sam and Lyara continued to hoot and holler while Sil spun and would stop to strike a pose. It was very clear that all three of them were very much enjoying themselves. Sam enjoyed both of their company, she couldn’t wait to parade Sil around.
Silveira: I’m too sexy for my Toga. Too sexy for my Toga…
Sam stood up from the couch and smiled at Sil and Lyara.
S. Richards: All right. You two ready to go show this thing off?
Lyara: You bet I am!
Silveira: Ready as I can be my dears.
Lyara walked to the door and twirled her hand as she opened it.
Lyara: After you my emperor.
Silveira: Thank you Al of the Helm.
S. Richards: Onward!
Sam held her fist up in the air and marched forward.

Lyara: Sil, have you ever read… ::Trying to remember:: Shookshpar?
Silveira: Who?
Sam raised her eyebrow and looked between the two.
Lyara: Yeah, something about… Friends and then Remans? Men of the country?
Sil laughed as Sam tried to keep a straight face.
Silveira: Shakespear… Friends, Romans and men of the country. Or something like that. No I only read his Romeo and Juliet, but seen a few adaptations from his works
Lyara: Response
S. Richards: Shakespear is an all around classic.
Nodding to the others, Sam smiled.
Silveira: There’s one I love, called Coriolanus. I saw a movie adaptation of it, but instead of happening in Ancient Rome it was set on Earth’s 20th century.
Lyara: Response
Sam knew exactly which one Sil was talking about, her dad used to watch it all the time.
S. Richards: Oh I know that one!
Silveira: Well the counterpart of Coriolanus in that adaptation was pretty hot. ::He smiled and winked at them:: He looked just like me when I had my beard, but without a toga.
Sam held her hand up.
S. Richards: Can I interject here? You should absolutely bring the beard back. Beards can really change a look for someone.
Lyara/Silveira: Response
S. Richards: I am serious! Beards are best. If I could grow one. I would.
