Ollie rested his head on Imril, sinking into their embrace as he watched a tapestry of stars flickering like distant jewels scattered across a velvet backdrop outside the window.
Bergmen: Where do you think we will go after? You know, once we get back into the Federation…
Imril: ::Looking out the viewports:: Everywhere.
Bergmen: Even back to Callis?
Ollie glanced up to see Imril’s face as they answered.
Imril: … With a few exceptions.
With that expected answer, he giggled and nestled back. Yeah, everywhere was better than on Callis. Ollie sighed happily, feeling joyful. Right now, here, it was everything we wished for. Here, now, all the worries, all the thoughts, all the weight of the Galaxy… all were gone. He felt so content; he was exactly where he was supposed to be…
Bergmen: Yeah… We should allow ourselves to be surprised. Maybe it will be some snow planet? Beach planet? Or a station? Who knows…
The stars drifted slowly by out there, outside the window, as the ship, bit by bit, glided back into reality. Could those be counted as shooting stars? Could he dare to make a wish?
Imril: What’s a world you’ve always wanted to see but haven't gotten to, yet?
He glanced up, watching the silhouette of Imril's face in the soft glow of starlight. Gently, he let his fingers glide along the smooth skin of their hand and let a smile spread across his lips as his mind wandered to the countless places within the quadrant they could visit.
Bergmen: Yeah, which I haven't gotten to… (beat) That scratches off most of the holiday planets. Bummer, I know...
He shrugged his shoulders softly and tilted his head.
Bergmen: Ok, plus I would like to scratch off the cold planets from that list too. I don’t like the cold.

And then he realized there was a world he would love to visit. For so many reasons… for all those stories he heard about that world, about its people, about…
