Nan nudged, but without touching him.

He tipped his head and offered Zie a proper grin.  Not that he wasn't still mad at her, but that was something they had shared and finding out something that amused Zie had been a good bonus.

Silveira: Well, since our joyride in Demes I was wondering if we could repeat that experience. So when I was picking up arcades, or games, yours popped up instantly. ::He gestured to the labyrinth of arcades:: Shall we?

MacKenzie: You have my attention.

Vitor nodded and discreetly winked at Nan as he stepped forward. He passed by the dolls finally realizing there was more than just those toys.

There was a written note: “Nice scores you got there, too bad I beat them”

Vitor shook his head and folded the paper, putting it in his pocket.

He stopped looking at the two dolls. They were actually pretty cute.

Mini Al did justice to their Ops/Helm officer, with a smirk and nose ridges. And the other one was clearly a representation of him. In a Toga. He had to plan a payback, but he couldn’t deny that Al outsmarted him, and in a way it was a good way to calm down.

Silveira: It looks like the other intruder had some fun, and beat my high scores. ::he pointed to the figurines:: I think we all know who that is.

MacKenzie: ::nodding:: It’s definitely you, but why is it dressed so funny?

Jovenan: Response

Vitor blushed slightly.

Silveira: That’s me in my Toga… I have one and Al… Ensign Lyara had seen it.

Vitor picked them up and as he pressed mini Al she spoke, almost startling him.

Mini-Alroyo: Eat my dust!

Vitor narrowed his eyes and raised an eyebrow. He pressed his own little doppelganger and sure enough he also spoke.

Mini-Silveira: I’m not superstitious, it brings bad luck.

Vitor turned to Zie and Nan, and shrugged.

Silveira: Well, that’s actually true…

Zie looked at Nan somewhat skeptically.

MacKenzie: Uh huh…

Jovenan: Response

He put the mini plushies down and gestured again to Zie and Nan.

Silveira: Looks like we have another player in town. Now, want to see that racing car of yours  Captain?

He could swear Zie’s eyes brighten, but he wasn’t sure.

MacKenzie: Racing game, eh?

He nodded and shrugged as he began to walk

Silveira: What else could it be?

Jovenan: Response

He had barely a chance to make one of his theatrical gestures, Zie slid down to the driver's seat, cracking her knuckles and smiling at him.

MacKenzie: This might be the most thoughtful gift I’ve received in a long time. … How do you make it go?

Vitor dropped his jaw, surprised at Zie’s reply.

He smiled, glad that he had managed to succeed with her game.

Silveira: It's well deserved. Now the steering wheel works the same, the pedals are for braking and acceleration, and the shift goes up and down a gear. ::Vitor leaned and exemplified.:: Only thing left are the views. ::He pointed to the four buttons, explaining them, from left to right:: Track view, as if you're in front of the car. Cockpit view, as if you're inside. Top view where you see the hood, and zoom out, where you see the whole car. I think that covers it.

MacKenzie: Response

He stepped back and winked at Nan, gesturing for her to come closer.

Jovenan: Response

He stood behind Zie’s seat, curious how she would adapt to the Arcade.

He had a feeling Zie was going to at least finish

Silveira: Now you can pick the track and if you want manual or automatic shifts. The auto settings are easier, but the car doesn't go as fast, no matter the track you pick.

There's three tracks: easy , medium and hard.

And the option to do a one on one race.

You have to get the highest position out of twenty cars and reach the waypoints in time. I think each race is three laps.

Obviously you start from the bottom.

MacKenzie/Jovenan: Response

Vitor smiled as Nan got closer, and he reached for her hand. Zie had navigated the menu and the countdown was starting.

Silveira: Have fun…

MacKenzie/Jovenan: Response

If he wasn't with Nan by his side he would like to see Zie’s face. He had a feeling she was going to enjoy herself.

It wasn't exactly the perfect moment he was hoping for. But it looked perfect enough.
