Reasoning is usually lost with alcohol. So is good judgement.
And certainly knowledge of physics, although Vitor wasn’t exactly very good at from the start.
And this little intro will make sense in a few seconds.

For now Vitor smiled as he stood by Genkos side, waving to the bartender.
Lowering his voice he winked at Genkos, before whispering.

Silveira: Sorry but I couldn't resist looking the sensible one of us two.

Adea: Gotta take these chances when they arise.

Vitor giggled and planted his hand on Genkos shoulder. Taking a bigger step his foot got caught by a table leg,  and he lost his balance, stumbling he pulled on Genkos to keep himself standing.

Genkos isn't exactly small framed, and Vitor was certain they could recover.

But by now,  Vitor's certainty had been washed away as well and as he kept putting his weight on Genkos shoulder there was only one thing he could voice out.

Silveira: That table tripped me…

And this is where physics comes in. Because even if Vitor was thinner, he would always outweigh Genkos. Especially since his gravity center was already dropping. If it was Talos instead of Genkos…

With the laws of nature in place Genkos and Vitor fell into a confused mix of arms, legs and that damn cane of his. Vitor giggled uncontrollably but then frowned as his hand rested on Genkos cane.

oO Damn cane doesn’t look that solid. And is it square shaped? Oo

Adea: My good bartender, I musht apologise.

Vitor heard Genkos apologetic attempts but his attention was on the piece of wood he was holding. He started laughing as he realized he was holding one of the table legs.

Barman: That’s it, ::he jerked a thumb towards the door:: get out.

Vitor kept laughing but somehow managed to get himself up and get outside with Genkos.
Immediately the warmth of the gins clashed with the cold. Rain was falling into the darkness of night.

Adea: Thish… thish was a mishtake.

Vitor shivered and looked around for a place for them to find some cover. He was feeling dizzy and wet.

Silveira: Damn British isles. No wonder they always go to my homeland for proper weather…

Adea: Response

Vitor was about to reply to Genkos, but his nose began to hitch. He shook his head and raised his hand… But suddenly his head was jerked forward as he sneezed so loudly it echoed around the street.

Shaking, he raised his finger to the sky.

Silveira: I will be in the Sun tomorrow, just you wait. And you can’t stop us::He turned to Genkos:: Right Genkos?

Adea: Response

Vitor opened his arms in the rain, now completely wet.

Silveira: I am perfectly fine. I am balanced and can walk a straight line.

Vitor took one, two, three steps forward.
Or so he thought, because in the second he tripped on the sidewalk and fell down again.

He managed to get on all four before looking up to Genkos.

Silveira: It looks like we really have to take the proverbial rain check. Can you help me?

Adea: Response
